Purchased a new camper from RV Value Mart a few weeks ago. This is our second camper purchase, and…read morewe have to say we are not pleased with the customer service of this dealership. We experienced unanswered text messages, unanswered emails and no communication from our salesman whatsoever. Even after we expressed our concerns about the non-communication it did not improve until we made a call and spoke to the sales manager. Dave was quick to rectify the situation. However, this left a bad taste in our mouth. Needless to say we will not be going back to this dealership for service or any needs we may have. And I will not recommend the dealership for anyone in the market for a new RV.

They Completed almost none of the work they agreed to and rushed us through the final showing to get us to take delivery. when i got the camper home I realized the grey water tank was 3/4 full and the black tank was 1/2 full after they assured me the tanks were sanatized. absolutely do not do business with this company.

While with Gabby we expressed what we wanted to look at and we walked out to look at the two travel trailers we would have been interested in. We then went to the office and told her we can buy outright. She pushed us to finance it to then we found out we couldn't finance the travel trailer we really wanted. We checked out another trailer that was cheaper and stated we had the money for it yet again and was pushed for financing. Once we went to pick up the trailer we met with service and got it all hooked up and made sure everything was safe to roll down the road. Never to see Gabby again or even walk through the trailer before we signed papers or anything. We were new to trailer ownership and were not shown anything or told anything. Needless to say they left us in the dark and made sure anything couldn't come back to them for safety issues otherwise I felt it was a quick money maker for them. Not worried about the customer at all. I will not recommend them due to we have a lot of friends looking for trailers to now go with us and they to are new to trailers and wouldn't be told anything about how to work anything.

I rented from their PA branch in Quakertown. The people were pleasant and Gail was very accommodating given this was a short notice rental. but here is a list of problems: 1- Don't be fooled by the pictures. Seats were ripped and they sprayed a toxic amount of air freshener to hide the odor that came up later on. 2- Was told not to use the auto leveler because it was a hassle to operate. When we got to camp, I realized that wasn't an option because I realized I needed to sleep on a flat surface. After calling multiple numbers and doing some research on my own I was able to use it. 3- Was told not to use the washer dryer. hmmmm.. why am I paying you then? 4- Was told not to use the dishwasher. I should've challenged things at this point but I didn't. We washed everything by hand. 5- When camped only one zone would work despite spending 45 minutes on the phone trying to troubleshoot. It would only work when the diesel generator was working and no I wasn't plugged into a 30 amp box. 6- After returning in the same condition I got it in although at 1/2 tank, I was charged $833!!!! LPG / PROPANE REFILL $65.50 REPL AIRLOCK FUEL CAP $34.95 ASC DirecTV/XM $100.00 Waste Tank Dump Fee $50.00 Standard Cleaning Fee $250.00 Discount $0.00 EFM $50.00 Processing Fee $142.37 State Sales Tax $252.60 Fuel Charge $359.40 So there. Never again.

I have never rented an RV before and had no idea what to expect. Would it be old and decrepit?…read moreWould it be gross and dirty? Would the AC crap out on us when it was 100 degrees and we were 200 miles away? TLDR: the RV was almost new. It was very clean and everything worked great. Would 100% rent from these guys again and will recommend them to others. A lot of others mention cleaning & deposite. We did what I would personally consider the bare minimum: wiped down kitchen, stove & table surfaces. Emptied garbage. Swept the main living space (and were shoes-outside while at camp). We got our whole deposit back & no cleaning charges. As instructed, we called and made a pick-up appointment. This time is theoretical and you will wait in line anyway (basically like any car dealership) so, if you can, make it as early in the day as possible. But after about a 1 hour wait we were on or way. The Forestriver Sunseeker we were assigned was in nearly new condition. It featured a queen sized bed with regular mattress and a little privacy screen. A very small bathroom. A dinette that could maybe squeeze more than 4. The dinette convers to a bed and there is also another sleeping area over the cab. There is TONS of storage space under the RV and some inside. The freezer is big enough for a bag of ice + a few other things. The fridge is probably 3/4 scale to a smaller full-size fridge. Kitchen area is tiny but functional. I brought my own knife & cutting board and wish I'd brought a non-stick pan. The kitchen includes a 3 burner stove and a microwave sized convection/micro combo. The pop-out gives you a decent amount of additional floor space and there is also a roll-out awning. Yes! The comfort kit we got included a decent set up of pots/pans/cooking utensils and dishes. The grey water tank (more on this in a sec) is not huge so if you plan to use the regular plates/dishes I'd bring a wash basin so you can wash up without using the grey tank. Otherwise, you may want to bring paper. Your RV comes with a full water tank. Note that this is technically potable water but not recommended for drinking. They didn't tell us this but important to be aware of. We were a little caught off guard by how quickly we went through water. We were only able to make our water tank and black/grey tanks last for our 4 night camping excursion (for two adults) by using campground porta-potties and showers and being really conservative with dish-washing, etc. So, this is something to plan around and we weren't aware of. NOT Road Bear's problem but just something to know.

BUTT, couldn't tell us where OR how much it would cost us. USELESS! Second, at least he told us that the oven wasn't working. He told us that if we kept trying it would eventually come on. NOT!!! We gave up after about 20 minutes because we were HUNGRY!!! Next night, same thing. We gave up even trying anymore. So, when we got back home, I complained and asked for a lousy $100 for our trouble. He sends me a picture of a working oven. WHOPPIE! That I'm SURE was a different RV. He just kept arguing with me as If the money was coming out of his pocket. Instead, they should have either FIXED IT or gave us a different RV. ROTTEN, LOUSY, customer service. You have been warned!
