We were offered to have a transporter bring the rv to our home due to them being closed from December 24th to January 2nd 2025. Transporter damaged our rv. Now dealing with basic insurance from transporter and Coltons not wanting to help with the responsibility of the damage to our rv. The damaged that occurred while hooked up to the transporters tow vehicle. So honestly, one star is not even deserved in this matter. Said part is, we were told everything would be taking care of by the service manager.

We experienced unanswered text messages, unanswered emails and no communication from our salesman whatsoever. Even after we expressed our concerns about the non-communication it did not improve until we made a call and spoke to the sales manager. Dave was quick to rectify the situation. However, this left a bad taste in our mouth. Needless to say we will not be going back to this dealership for service or any needs we may have. And I will not recommend the dealership for anyone in the market for a new RV.

The disorganization and lack of internal communication between Management employees drove the customer service issues. Even though the timeframe of the second sale took entirely too long, if it were not for a few of the helpful staff members in the service department, the sale would have taken even longer. The lack of customer service the Bath location provided during and after the second sale was simply poor and unprofessional at best. Being repeat customers meant nothing to them.

The agent told us a tech could be to us where we were camping at 11 am the next day. I paid the agent $210 for setting the appointment, and I could cancel, but it would come with $100 cancellation fee. The next morning I received a call from another agent who let me know that a mobile tech was not available in our location for five days. We had to cancel, because we would no longer be camping in that location. This place is a scam. They made me sign an agreement agreeing to $100 cancellation fee. I believe the original agent I talked to lied about how quick a tech would be able to service our RV. I wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews before signing up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will get screwed!
