We found this company online when we were desperately looking for someone to fix our RV bed switch. The agent who I talked to for 25 minutes told me they had techs who had fixed this repair before and it was no problem. The agent told us a tech could be to us where we were camping at 11 am the next day. I paid the agent $210 for setting the appointment, and I could cancel, but it would come with $100 cancellation fee. The next morning I received a call from another agent who let me know that a mobile tech was not available in our location for five days. We had to cancel, because we would no longer be camping in that location. This place is a scam. They made me sign an agreement agreeing to $100 cancellation fee. I believe the original agent I talked to lied about how quick a tech would be able to service our RV. I wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews before signing up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! this company is a scam like the 800 numbers for 24 hr locksmiths where its just a switchboard and they ream you for some inflated cost and hope to find some rando stranger to your home. I called and scheduled for emergency service in the evening before, 12 hours adv. RAY promised me they would come, i gave him the list and my email and my credit card info. He siad he would email me. Instead no truck showed, Eric who answered said we needed confirmation, which is BS, I askked Ray if he needed anything else and he said no. 9AM goes by 10 11 12 I called and they said 1PM. then around 1 I get an email I have to sign the work order and they give me more lectures I did not follow their procedure. These people are soulless clowns that are just juggling BS and taking peoples $$. They were rude, unprofessional and held me up for an extra day even though I agreed to pay $600 for him to come and look and for the first hour. Called Interstate fleet services out for a water pump last week there tech carelessly and deliberately dumped 12 gallons of coolant all over the scale house parking lot in Ringold Georgia. Then they tried to charge me for new coolant and overcharge for a water pump (9.5 hrs). Tech was on youtube trying to figure out how to replace. Afterwards 15 hours later that new water pump pulley bolts fell out ruined the water pump the pulley tensioner and shredded the belt. I contacted Interstate fleet services before getting an estimate at the T/a in Tampa, which was requested that I do so by Rita, the so-called office manager. She then she ignored my call the rest of the day. I contacted Byron Tarlton who is the owner same sheet of music. Anyone interested? Take a look at the BBB. I have filed a complaint and of course they won't respond to that either. They are not a worthy company and seem to be very distrusting. read more

I have a tool truck business which depends on mechanics getting onto my truck. My A/C went out in the box of the truck and my normal mechanic was out of town. I called interstate fleet services and they sent what appeared to be a drug addict mechanic that replaced at least 3 high dollar parts that had nothing to do with the problem. He left me with a $2,200 plus bill, oil all over my driveway from his junker vehicle. Oh, my A/C still not working. My normal mechanic came back and located the problem in about 10 minutes, two defective hoses. I was then advised that Interstate charges 145% cost of parts and gives a commission to the mechanics. So the drug addict is paid to replace parts that benefits him. I will be reporting this situation to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. Stay away from this unethical company. read more

I recently worked for this company and after 3 weeks and seen how they treat their employees and the repairs they do on vehicles to get them up and rolling was dangerous and disgusting. I would tell anyone who is looking for a job at this place not to do it the owner does not care about you he just cares about the bottom dollar. One of the technicians had something stolen from his truck his insurance covered it but the owner wanted the money for the replacement which I think is bullshit. They just installed a engine and transmission in a van the transmission had a hole about 4 in round and the bell housing when I pointed it out to the technicians he said it would be okay I pity the technician or driver who drives that when the transmission blows up and a piece goes through his leg. If you have any sense at all do not work for or have your trucks repaired by this company they will charge you an overcharge you and then if you quit they hold your last pay and say it's mailed. Our truck was broke down just turned off on the side of the road I75 Detroit had to pay before they dispatch their Tech. He arrived had no equipment to do a electrical diagnostic and no knowledge of electrical system. He said to his dispatch that he got it started after he sprayed some ether into intake, which was un true it didn't start for almost 15 minutes later and only ran for 20 minutes and shut off again. Tech looked at truck for 20 minutes and sat in his service vehicle for 2 hours so he could get paid. He told his dispatch that the truck was up and running which was also un true because it shut off again just before he left and he wouldn't know that because he never got out of service truck again. The driver then took truck to dealer just up the road and found a loose wire from the engine to the fire wall. it is obvious that we got scammed when they require payment up front and no repair was completed and we called and emailed our displeasure with no response that was also promised a manager would get back to us. read more
