End result double check the work you get done or at least have someone else look it over.

Mo, the owner, says he's only making a $196 off the bike. Then says forget about it, it's not going to change my life whether you buy it or not. I did not try to aggressively negotiate and was being nice. But after his attitude I said if you're going to be a dick YOU can forget about it. If you're looking for good customer service when purchasing a bike, this doesn't seem like the place. I hate to leave a bad review, but even more than that I hate when people get nasty, especially when I'm being nice and trying to give them my money. Good luck to them. Plenty of bikes out there...

They were willing to beat any price that I had got from other dealers. Overnighted the documents and also upon delivery of the vehicle I handed over my previous lease which they returned. They also had agreed to take over a month's payment of my previous lease and to honor a true car cash discount on top. I never had the opportunity to use their service as I stay in NY and the commute will be extensive, so I can't comment on that. In short, I highly recommend this dealership. My lease is due to end coming May and I look forward to going to them again.

After multiple calls, I was told my license plates were finally in and just in time as my temp license plate expired (to which I asked for a new one so that I would not have an issue if pulled over). My license plate delivery is once again delayed and I am stuck unable to drive the car since the temp. License plates are expired. This is a luxury brand and my first time buying an Audi. I have bought Mercedes in the past and never, ever has the service been this horrible. If i were you, I would find another Audi dealership to work with.

I did what I knew how to do, replaced o rings, recharged it etc, and that kept it going a little longer, but eventually it just went kaputski. Call early on a Thursday morning to say that I want to bring the car in, but need it back in time to take a road trip next week. Drop off 8am. By 9am I have a diagnosis. It's a bad diagnosis, but it's accurate - my compressor died. They get the part and have it done and ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. Is their rate a little higher than some other shops? Sure. But you can have your choice of two of the three: cheap, fast, good. These guys are fast and good. I can't sing these folks praises enough - and as someone who loves my car, I do not trust it to many places preferring to do maintenance and simple fixes myself. Gary and his team are amazing.
