They were kind and patient, answered all of our questions very thoroughly, and weren't pushy at all. Even when I bought the first camper, which was an old used pop up that I'm sure they didn't make hardly any money off of, they treated me just as good as if I had been making a much larger purchase. Avoid Last Frontier Towing at all costs…read more I used them through AAA on January 21, 2026 for a simple tow. My car only had a gear shift issue--no exhaust problems at all. During drop-off, I heard my car slam to the ground. The driver struggled the entire time and left without saying a word. Days later, I discovered my muffler hanging. After inspection at Mavis Discount Tire, I was told the exhaust system was severely damaged--pipes bent and catalytic converter dented--requiring full replacement. When I went to the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he: Called me a liar Accused me of trying to scam him Refused to take accountability Offered no real solution His only response was that we could "see each other in court." Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. What should have been a routine tow turned into thousands in damage. I will be pursuing legal action.
