The estimate for the work was high. My insurance company and Livingston Collision (LC) exchanged…read moreemails for two weeks while the car was in the shop, but LC did not lower their estimate. At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.

Flat on Parkway My…read morefamily of 4 experienced a flat on the highway. My wife and 2 kids caught a ride from a neighbor and I stayed behind with the car. By the time i got my spare and jack from the truck Scott from Nicolette showed up. Attached the spare. Showed me where the hole was in my tire that I later got plugged. Also gave me some advice on my front two tires. He was professional, fast, personable and arrived within 15-20 minutes from when called. Couldn't have had better service.

When your car breaks down on the parkway you have to call 'The Garden State Parkway'.... Luckily a…read moreman a Tumino's towing gave me the number... but after waiting 1.5hrs (Nicolette is the only tow company that can pick you up.. at least at mile marker 147.7 southbound) they tell you all they can do is move you off the parkway... taking the next exit charging $170. This is unbelievable. I only had to go 15 minutes away at 2am in the morning. Apparently they were 'too busy' to do anything other than tow me off the parkway at the next exit. Absolutely furious. The driver that picked me up seemed to be a decent guy, clean cut,.. but the whole situation was absolutely trash.

I asked them how much it would it be to replace all brake rotors and brake pads, which I purchased a couple months back from Land Rover Dealership. I apologize in advance for forgetting his name But it was a horrible morning of back to back bad luck. and funny thing it's Aprils fools day -.- Me and my fiancé and daughter were headed back home to New York from the Poconos that was a horrible experience in it's self we turned to go to an antique shop and it had rain the day before so the floor look like grassy floor but it was muddy water and we slid and that muddy floor was a ditch smh! we were helped by good samaritan that helped us get out of the ditch with his pick up truck thank you sir. We were back on the road and headed home when our car started shaking . We got nervous and pulled into the nearest mechanic shop Rev it up at 92 Main St, Sparta, NJ 07871 and we're helped by the kind mechanic but we are from NY and couldn't leave our car here he told us what he believed the problem was and told us it could be a couple of days he poured cooling fluid in our car since it over heated but the radiator was cracked so it couldn't hold the fluid. He was also kind enough to let us wait for the towing company and let us use the bathroom. They were so kind then you so much.
