Recalling my rentals over the years, I would say that there is a 60% chance that the maintenance issues made things take longer than they should. I am no master mechanic, but I am pretty handy and resourceful. I can usually make the repairs or figure out how to get around the problems. It usually ends with an apology and a discount on the rental. I have rented from places worse than this.

The tents they did give us, they complained about the position of them saying how "last time I was in the area, I got yelled at by security". Which I'm not sure has anything to do with us. Then as the manager is leaving, she yells at one of our employees saying how much of a hassle the whole process has been. If we could have untipped and gotten out of the whole thing, we would have.
