For fall the selection could not be beat. So many mums of course, but also lots of other unique fall plants that I hadn't seen before. Prices were super fair too. The store is enormous with a ton of indoor and outdoor space. They have a huge indoor section for house plants with so much selection. Being that pricing is similar to Loews, but selection and quality is way higher I could definitely this being my new spot. My kids had a lot of fun running around too. We are always very pleased with the work Redwood Gardens does on our property, but the wonderful…read morejob they recently did designing and creating two stone patio areas in our yard deserves special recognition. The place is transformed! They're very creative in not only addressing the challenges related to the shape of our space, locations of large trees, etc. but also in considering the property as a whole and how we use it to make recommendations that really let us make the most of our investment. They were as always meticulous in actually creating the patios and putting in new plantings and it really comes through- it's obvious they put time and attention into every detail. In addition to all that, they are a pleasure to work with, very responsive and it's great value in terms of cost and quality. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Maybe Home Depot should consider updating their in-store inventory better. When I got home I noticed my order was wrong. I called to let them know that my order was wrong. I gave them the information on the piece that I didn't receive and requested that they have it ready for me. I told them that I had an extra part and asked if I can see the guy who brought me the incorrect piece to make the exchange. When I got there, the person who brought my order out wasn't there, so I thought I would go inside for help. I made the mistake of being patient and standing in line waiting for assistance. Then somebody else, walked in directly to the table and got to go in front of me. That person was helped immediately while 2 employees continued to keep their heads down without offering assistance. Finally I spoke up and asked for some assistance and I explained that I had the wrong piece, I gave them my order number and identified the piece that I was missing. While I was waiting the other 2 people looked up and asked if I was being helped. I was expecting for somebody to bring me the piece that I was missing. Eventually somebody else asked me what it was I was waiting for and they told me that I had to go find the piece that I ordered. At that point I asked them to cancel because I did not wish to look around the store for the correct piece without assistance. I can acknowledge that I should have checked my order before loading up my vehicle and then driving uncomfortably home. I made the mistake to assume the person getting my order together may verify and the person whom brought my items out, would check as well. But I didn't order curbside pickup so that I can go inside to be ignored, and then told that I had to find the item myself in the store. I don't expect their competitors to be any better at verifying items or providing any type of customer service experience. So suggest that if you use curbside pickup you verify the items before you drive off. I also suggest being aggressive if you need assistance, otherwise the staff here will ignore you.
