Started out here for acupuncture for a back pain issue. The treatment seems to be working and is…read morepretty relaxing. My issues have more to do with the environment. It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.

I've been struggling with chronic neck pain and migraines for over 20 years and have been through a lot of offices and treatments for both. Dr. Bruno's combination of stim machine treatment, heat therapy, manual massage and adjustment weekly has worked to help keep my pain and migraines at bay and I've found so much relief! He not only takes the time to provide the physical relief in office but he talks to you about exercises that will help and hurt, and ergonomic changes you can make at home to help you as well. I WFH so having him give pointers on monitor angle and height along with posture at my desk has been a game changer. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated by this office…read more I originally had an appointment on September 4 that I had to reschedule because I was sick and had been hospitalized. I spoke with the secretary and was given a new appointment for September 17 at 4:30 PM. I wrote the appointment down in TWO separate calendars and also have text messages related to my scheduling. When the day of my appointment came, I was suddenly told that I had no appointment and that another appointment had never been made. Instead of anyone taking the time to investigate what may have happened with the scheduling, I felt as though the responsibility was immediately placed on me. I then tried to resolve the situation and schedule another appointment. I explained that I normally need later appointments because of my work schedule, but when morning appointments were offered, I agreed that I could make September 28 work. Dr. Brown then told me to call back the following week to make sure I could "commit" to the appointment. That comment was incredibly upsetting because I had already explained that my original appointment had to be changed because I was ill and hospitalized. I also specifically asked the secretary whether I had previously been marked as a no-show and was told no, only to then receive conflicting information from Dr. Brown indicating that I had. When I called the office back because I was upset and wanted clarification, at one point the line appeared to become unattended and it sounded as though the phone had been put down while I was trying to speak. Mistakes happen. An appointment being entered incorrectly could have been resolved with an apology, a review of what happened, and an attempt to accommodate the patient. What upset me most was how the situation was handled afterward. I felt dismissed and treated as though I was unreliable when I was actively trying to resolve the problem and continue my care. I left this experience extremely upset. Patients should be able to expect accurate scheduling, consistent information about their appointment history, and respectful communication when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

She is always caring, compassionate and personable. She's always interested in "you"! Most recently my 17 year old son woke up with a severe neck spasm. He couldn't get out of bed and was in severe pain. I called Dr. Kavulich and she made time to see him right away. She spent an hour treating him with various types of adjustments and therapy. The next day he was at least 70% better!

7/20/26 - saw Dr. Colman this morning for a chronic left knee complaint…read more I've had 3 silicone treatments and Cortizone shots in the last 10 months at different locations. I'm not the pill popping type to ameliorate every little discomfort, but to quell the pain I used Tylenol 500. That was minimally successful. Transdermal's: ie ForceFlex, Voltaren, and Salonpas helped and a neoprene sleeve with stays kept me walking with a cane, unsteadily, but still moving. ALL were out-of-pocket expenses, not covered by medical insurance. Dr. Colman is an excellent diagnostician. He asked a few questions, looked at the previous notes and palpated the knee. Observed that there is some arthritis and old meniscus injuries. Knee replacement is not an option at this time. Explaining the possible procedures that could be done in the office. The doctor exited the office; and while he was out a technician brought in an ultrasound, and the tools the doctor would need. Dr. Colman extracted approximately 25 ml's of synovial fluid from the left knee. Although it did hurt for a few minutes; the pain, instability, anxiety were all gone, afterward. I'm very satisfied. I don't want to sit around the house all day, because I can't get around without extreme pain. I have "bigger fish to fry". The office has a drive up entrance, plenty of free parking, several pleasant people at the reception desk who seem happy to see you. Plenty of restrooms and seating in the waiting areas. They take most medical Insurance and Medicare. I'm happy.

My experience was from years ago when I was sent there for a clavicle bone/shoulder injury that I…read moredeferred physician care on. The deferred care was due to my travel schedule and that was on me. What is on them, however was a rigorous schedule of PT which I was devoted to that made my symptoms feel worse. The doctor there whose name escapes me, sent me to PT. After many many weeks, I went back to the physician, whose office is located right in the same building tells me he has no plan to fix the problem, but merely to deal with the symptoms. Back to the PT itself: the first visit was very thorough and attentive. Subsequent visits were basically feeling like one is on his or her own - you sign in and people are available if you have questions but in most cases, nobody's really checking to see if you're doing things properly or risking further injury. I went for many many weeks, always on time. Always early to check in on a very long line. My early appointments meant that I was one of just a handful of patients yet the one time I was online for an additional time causing me to get to the window. About five minutes late, they refused my appointment. That was kind of the last straw for me. They lost me as a patient and I would not recommend them unless they have made major changes to patient oversight/assistance during and throughout the physical therapy sessions, and get back to health and not wealth.
