It's more of a 'doctor factory'. Little care for the patients and no time. It's more in and out as quickly as possible. Often times putting the needles in quickly and a bit painfully as well. I've often had to wait in the room for more than 20 minutes before seeing the acupuncturist. I actually dressed and left once. It's also not conducive to being relaxed. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every patient conversation, every footstep up and down the corridor and every staff conversation. No one even tries to be quiet. Kitchen timers are set outside each room, so you have loud beeping noises going off during your relaxing treatment - it sounds like America's Test Kitchen. The rooms are also very worn out - definitely need an upgrade, cleaning and new coat of paint. I like and believe in the acupuncture, but if my insurance didn't cover it or I had to pay out of pocket, I wouldn't come here.

They have me sold on acupuncture when nothing else worked. I also used their physical therapy room for ankle pain after a surgery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Biggest plus is I called around other acupuncture offices and they don't take insurance but here they!

In December 2023, I scheduled my first appointment and am so glad I did. Emily is incredible. She not only listens to your concerns, but her ability to listen to your body and its needs is incredible. Her craft is so unique and not something I've come across before. I love that every visit can revolve around a different modality of acupuncture, bodywork, herbal packs, reiki... truly curated to my needs. I walk out of every session feeling like I'm coming out of yoga nidra - so calm, centered, and relaxed. (They have an infrared sauna in office too!) The office is clean, sunny and open. I have taken a New Years Day yoga and meditation class there. They offer weekly classes, and monthly events ranging from yoga, to full moon sound soaks, to community health centered events.

Her intuitive genius is evident in her ability to understand your needs and then deliver on them with an abundance of solutions that come from her deep knowledge and understanding of her field. She also helped decrease a wrinkle in my brow with facial acupuncture at the same time - what's better than that? She really takes the time to understand her patients as people, and to offer care that is personal and individualized -- something I've rarely found in Western medicine. Teri really sees the whole person, offering integrative solutions and treating causes, not just symptoms.
