Extremely disappointed with how I was treated by this office. I originally had an appointment on September 4 that I had to reschedule because I was sick and had been hospitalized. I spoke with the secretary and was given a new appointment for September 17 at 4:30 PM. I wrote the appointment down in TWO separate calendars and also have text messages related to my scheduling. When the day of my appointment came, I was suddenly told that I had no appointment and that another appointment had never been made. Instead of anyone taking the time to investigate what may have happened with the scheduling, I felt as though the responsibility was immediately placed on me. I then tried to resolve the situation and schedule another appointment. I explained that I normally need later appointments because of my work schedule, but when morning appointments were offered, I agreed that I could make September 28 work. Dr. Brown then told me to call back the following week to make sure I could "commit" to the appointment. That comment was incredibly upsetting because I had already explained that my original appointment had to be changed because I was ill and hospitalized. I also specifically asked the secretary whether I had previously been marked as a no-show and was told no, only to then receive conflicting information from Dr. Brown indicating that I had. When I called the office back because I was upset and wanted clarification, at one point the line appeared to become unattended and it sounded as though the phone had been put down while I was trying to speak. Mistakes happen. An appointment being entered incorrectly could have been resolved with an apology, a review of what happened, and an attempt to accommodate the patient. What upset me most was how the situation was handled afterward. I felt dismissed and treated as though I was unreliable when I was actively trying to resolve the problem and continue my care. I left this experience extremely upset. Patients should be able to expect accurate scheduling, consistent information about their appointment history, and respectful communication when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

Dr. Brown is outstanding. I have been being treated by him for severe neck pain since February 2024. I felt relief just after I started my treatment. I am pain free and continue to stay that way now. Not only is he a good chiropractor, but the difference is he really cares and listens. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown to anyone who has any kind of discomfort or pain, I have been able to get back to an active life of the things I love to do. Brown Chiropractics staff are very friendly and courteous. The quality of care is excellent. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and communicates well with his patients to address their specific needs. I initially went to the doctor for upper back pain. After a few preliminary examinations it was identified by x-ray that I have some mild scoliosis. I began receiving adjustments to help loosen up parts of my spine that were too tight, which was causing tension to my upper back. After the first few sessions I began experiencing immediate relief. I have going to the chiropractor pretty regularly since then as he continues to monitor my progress. I highly recommend. I was referred to Brown Chiropractic after a car accident I was injured in April 2022 while I was 7 months pregnant with twins. I started going 3 times a week where Dr. Brown would do my adjustment. He had a table that accommodated my pregnant belly & while I was pregnant I was still able to get relief from the pain which made such a huge difference not only physically but also for my mental health. Back pain can be debilitating & I still had to care for my 3 year old. Dr. Brown made that possible. After I gave birth I continued treatment with Dr. Brown & I truly cannot even express how grateful I am that I have continued treatment. I thought I'd just be in pain forever but over time I've improved so much. I highly recommend Dr. Brown while pregnant & after injuries but I also highly recommend Dr. Brown for babies as well. He gives my twins adjustments for their reflux & I've already noticed an improvement with them. Chiropractors are a must have for colicky babies & many other issues such as reflux or recurrent ear infections but I specifically recommend Dr. Brown because he is so good with babies. I've never elsewhere received the type of service I receive from this office, they are friendly & caring & just real. It doesn't feel like a cash grab, it's really clear that Dr. Brown & staff are just passionate about caring for their patients. I love supporting businesses like this, we need to support businesses like this because we need to keep them around. These are people who care, we are not just another number & another payment. Imagine going to a big chiropractic office & having the front desk person actually come & soothe your babies while you're getting your adjustment, she even helped me bring my twins to my car. Dr Brown is a fantastic chiropractor, who also is an honest and trustworthy doctor for whom I have the utmost respect. I have a few herniated discs in my lower back and issues with my upper back going back more than 30 years. I have know the good doctor for almost ten years, and many times has he rescued me from the pain only someone with back problems knows. He always is able to identify where you are misaligned and sets you on the path to recovery. He also is very compassionate and has was merciful when I needed him the most and between jobs. There closest thing thing I can say that could be negative is that he is no longer available on Saturday. read more

The day I arrived at Dr. Brown's office, I couldn't even stand up. I was choking back tears because my back hurt so badly. Upon learning that I lived 55 miles away, Dr. Brown went above and beyond by rushing x-rays and getting me back in the afternoon for an adjustment. Dr. Brown's staff was also wonderful. Much to my surprise, not 10 minutes after I got home that night, Dr. Brown called to check on me and give me some guidance for sleeping. I have never felt so cared for by another doctor.
