Dr. Mandala is very proactive and clearly believes in preventative care. She explains clearly why a given medication reduces the chance of something like heart disease and stroke. She is uniquely valuable to me for her ability and willingness to share her perspective on my condition from an Indian point of view. I find that point of view to be both informative and valuable. I hope she keeps that up!

When Dr. Acher announced she was leaving her previous practice, I was disappointed. Even though she…read morewas required to process patients at light speed to "hit numbers" or whatever the right expression would be in the insurance industry, she was a caring doctor there. Like many doctors in this country, though, she had to make appointments short, and appointments were sometimes weeks out. It was frustrating for both of us. When Dr. Acher announced she was starting a new practice and it would be a concierge medicine practice, I was both confused and intrigued. "You mean I pay even MORE money on top of what I'm already paying for insurance?" I looked into it further both as a concept and as something that had been done successfully on the Eastside. At $100 per month, I decided to give it a try. She said I could phone, text, or email her any day at any time. I didn't believe it at first. But sure enough, I've texted her at night on weekends and she has responded in just a few minutes. Amazing! I don't make a habit of it because Dr. Acher has to live a life, too. My first in-office appointment wasn't even an annual physical, but she talked to me for about 40 minutes. Nothing was hurried. I never felt as if she had to rush to the next patient. I couldn't believe it. For me $8 per day is worth it. I have direct access to my GP. I feel heard and attended to. And she gets to choose how many people are in her practice, which means she can control how busy it gets. Highly recommended! I'm a believer in concierge medicine now and I was already a believer in Dr. Acher.

If you care about being proactive about staying healthy, this is the medical practice for you. I've…read morebeen seeing Dr. Mark Woodall as a patient since November 2023. Before that time, I was a patient of a large medical practice in Issaquah for over a decade. I've always tried to eat well and stay fit through exercise. So it has been frustrating that the story I've received every year at my annual checkup from my primary care physician at this large medical practice is the same: some of your biomarkers are higher than ideal and we'll just watch them. No further investigation, no analysis of underlying causes, no next steps at all. After I saw Dr Woodall, I learned for the first time that there were steps that I could take to address the underlying causes of my high biomarkers. The steps that I have taken include both medicines as well as nutritional supplements based on scientific knowledge and lab testing of vitamins and nutrients my body is not absorbing well. And I'm confident that the steps that I have taken will help me stay fit, active, and healthy as I move into an older stage of life. The doctors of the practice take a holistic approach seeking the root causes of ailments rather than merely addressing symptoms as seems to be the norm for many medical practices these days due. If you want to get ahead of health problems instead of dealing with them only after they arise, this is a medical practice that is highly worth investigating.

I suffered the humiliation of failing to be able to perform with (5) consecutive new relationships. I was at a low point and very disappointed that a very important part of a man's role in sexual intimacy was now over for me. But then I took a leap-of-faith at one more try and made an appointment with Dr Katherine Kass and intimacy healing began. Dr Kass immediately put me at ease and started a comprehensive interview about a range of topics all relating to my overall health, mentally and physically. From that information, she explained what it meant to my condition and how "we" would fix it. It was a team effort with therapy provided in the office and what I can do at home. My Nurse Therapist Leslie is an outstanding practitioner of her specialty. She took plenty of time to carefully explain everything she was doing. Like Dr Kass, Leslie has the unique ability to put me completely at ease throughout. I trust her implicitly to take care of me and all my concerns. She is kind and understanding at all times. In addition, Patient Coordinator Rebecca is very welcoming as soon as I enter the office and is a great representative at the front desk. What a great crew, what a great organization. I have already recommended Dr Kass to several individuals, male and female and will continue to do so.

In only one visit and one follow-up appointment, which she came into the office on Christmas Eve to give (!!), Dr. Bobovski resolved an allergy/immune issue that four doctors, two allergists and a dermatologist couldn't, over the course of 18 months and several dangerous prescriptions/injections, couldn't. A food allergy test! who'da thunk it? My insurance covered the appointment and blood work, and although I did pay out of pocket for the food allergy panel ($85) and for the vitamins I purchased, I'd take that cash payment anyday over a life of free but questionably safe and clearly ineffective prescriptions that covered up my symptoms but didn't help the problem whatsoever, or teach me anything about my body. If I hadn't taken the "radical" plunge into naturopathy (the quotes are a JOKE), I would have taken steroid injections for goodness knows how long, and never learned about my semi serious food allergies that 23 years of cluelessness turned into an eventual allergy and weakened immune system. Two years after seeing her for the first time, I have never had another allergic reaction, and my gut has re-built itself after 23 years of abuse (poor gut!). Dr. Bobovski has respect for her patients and their sense of their own body. She's open about the benefits and limitations about naturopathy. I've never felt uncomfortable for a second in the waiting area (which has great magazines, btw) or naked in a gown on her table. I have never for a second felt rushed into or out of her office -- the level of focus and devotion to each and every issue or question you have is unreal for a doctor at a busy office. Dr. Bobovski and this lovely facility not only fixed the problem I went there for, but helped me to learn about my body from my body, and utterly rejuvenated my faith in medicine and doctors. I could not offer a higher recommendation for this doctor or the facility! And although I haven't personally seen any of her fellow doctors, I've heard good things.
