His practice reminds me of how medicine used to be practiced in the U.S.--when doctors were allowed to spend more than 15 minutes with their patients. She is real sweet with many years of experience under her belt. They accept all major insurance and use MyChart to communicate with patients. Also, any billing concerns or for payment, can be made on there. The team up front to check you in are very professional and friendly. Even when they're busy, they will acknowledge you as you walk through the door. They will kindly offer you a mask if you don't have one. Sanitizer is around for your convenience, along with a water cooler for your thirst. I usually have to get my blood drawn before coming to my appointment. I try to come a few days prior at least. The last time I went, it was difficult as I have deep rolling veins. I normally request for them to draw from my fist. They were out of the type of butterfly component to draw blood from the fist. The phlebotomists there are also friendly. The last gal I did dealt with was not as patient in my opinion, and suggested that I go elsewhere to get my blood drawn or come back another time. I surely did not want to go elsewhere as I should be able to get it done here. Plus, I waited for her to come back from lunch before I had to go to work. I would think there would be more than one person. But, I cannot fault them if they're under staff. Overall, I have a good experience here and feel as my health is being taken care.

I have had severe headaches with dizzy spells, neck and lower back pain for several years. My left…read morearm was tingling and lately it became numb It started after I was in a car accident. I have been to several chiropractors, massage, physical therapy, I took pain killers and muscle relaxants and I was just getting worse. My vertigo got so bad that I was afraid of falling. I was lost and did not know what to do. I was depressed because of the pain and because I thought that this is how I will live for the rest of my life. My friend told me about Dr. Slava Borisenko in Kent who helped her in similar situation. I went to Dr. Slava's clinic and was surprised that chiropractic examination was so detailed and problem oriented. He found that I had dizziness and loss of balance and did x-ray and found that my neck and lower back were injured. My neck was completely straight and he did this x-ray with weights on my head, he called it "x-ray with load" and my neck on x-ray immediately took a normal curved shape. He designed a treatment for me he called it; functional neurology, chiropractic adjustments with core muscles rehabilitation to rid of dizziness, restore balance, and make spine strong to hos its normal shape for a long time. I started feeling better in about a week of treatment and it 2 weeks my dizziness was gone. I have been treating with him for several months now and I am amazed, my neck pain is almost gone, my lower back is not hurting at all. I can sleep now all the way through the night.
