When I did have to get in sooner recently (due intense out of the blue back spasms), he seemed generally skeptical of my symptoms until I nearly collapsed in his office while attempting to demonstrate my lack of mobility due to my condition. The NA and front desk staff also seem rather nonchalant these days. Thanks for your prior good service, and I hope you pick up your game for the sake of future patients/customers.

The building is in the proctor neighborhood and the waiting room is very quaint and old school. No TVs or loud music, but a little bookcase full of books (including kids) and a play table for toddlers. Everyone was nice. We didn't wait more than 15 minutes before being brought back to a room. Dr. Loomis was patient, professional and relaxed. I felt like he was taking his time and actually listening to me. He made a few appropriate, helpful recommendations for my health and had good bedside manner. That's all I can ask for. Oh and they offer pelvic exams and Pap tests in office, so I can bundle my next check ups. Super convenient!

Once you get to your appointment next month and you have a seat in this very spacious waiting room, take a look around. You will notice there will be 1 maybe 2 people ahead of you, at this moment you think to yourself ( this will be quick) lol. This is the point where you will get to wait somewhere between 1-1 1/2 hours till someone brings you to the examination room, but don't worry the fun doesn't stop there. Once in the room you will get to wait at least another 30 to 45min. If you need to get some shopping done or feel like going to a nice sit down restaurant while you wait, just run up stairs check in and go do your thing, you will have plenty of time

Now that I'm…read morea dependent, I'm finding that being at the Madigan-Puyallup Clinic at Sunrise is truly a luxury. However, the outstanding care comes at a bittersweet emotion for me. Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. I truly believe that the medical squadrons (AF) fall under that political BS we are all familiar with. So, this review is two-fold. 1.) THIS IS AN AMAZING DEPENDENT ONLY CLINIC 2.) She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

Dr. Kim and his nurse got me in for a same day MRI and then called me the next morning at 9am and got me in to see a surgeon the same day. Turned out I need emergency back surgery had it not been for Dr Kim I would have more permanent damage than I already do. Since the ER told me it was nothing. So thank you to Dr Kim and his staff
