My middle son won't age out until the end of August but he proactively made a new patient appointment. It's 6-8 month wait to get your new patient appointment but they're THAT good. Just remember to activate your MyChart with them so you don't miss any because they have a "2-missed appointments and you're out" policy. I have sickle cell trait and had to reschedule because of the 109F temps a few weeks ago, and was able to cancel easily in MyChart over the weekend, and then called a few days later to reschedule. If you send a message in MyChart, it's answered in 24-48 hours usually. Front desk staff are professional and kind, also when you call on the phone if you have a glitch in a pharmacy refill. I'm usually in and out promptly, and I've never had a doctor here treat me like I was making up my symptoms. I recently got my 2nd pneumonia shot and my middle son was shocked that we were driving out of the parking lot less than 20 minutes after I parked.

She frequently makes sure that she was able to address my mom's questions and concerns. My mom is a retired physician and although quiet during appointments, she usually tells me a lot after every appt. She has been nothing but satisfied with Dr. Troncales. Both the Gig Harbor Medical Clinic and St. Anthony's are really nice facilities, and Dr. Mosbrucker is an oustanding doctor. She really knows her stuff and she will always take the time to explain things to you. Sometimes the office runs a bit late as a result, but it's totally worth it to receive such great care. So often at doctor's offices you feel like you are being rushed through so they can get through with their day. I've never felt rushed here, they take plenty of time answering questions, and I feel like they actually care about you. When I had some complications after surgery, the office staff was outstanding at getting in touch with the doctor and taking the steps needed to help me recover quickly. They even sent me a thank you card and a get well card...I didn't know anyone did that anymore, but it was appreciated and it's just an example of what kind of place this clinic is and how great the staff is. I like the providers but I am so over the front desk and financial side of this clinic. I had signed consent forms for a delivery of a product. The clinic was supposed to contact me about when it gets delivered but I heard nothing, I reaching out twice to check in on the delivery because they had not kept in contact at all, until a whole month later they finally let me know that it was not covered by my insurance. I same-day called my insurance and they let me know that the same product is covered 100% by them and should not need any preautharization. I tried calling the clinic three times same day but it only goes straight to voicemail. I am not sure what is going on here but this extremely frustrating.
