So there I was standing in the hallway wondering what am I going to do now. My wife was already nervous about her procedure and I just got a door slammed in my face. Thirty minutes later I get a call from a 208 area code saying that there was a fire alarm and that it might be a little while before they can proceed. The next thing I got was a text from that number of my wife standing in the parking lot wearing just a ER gown. I'm shocked that this company doesn't have a policy for these types issues that do come up. Again patients standing in the parking lot in a ER gown is just shocking. After 2 spam 253 numbers over the next 2 hours I missed their call telling me that it was time to pick my wife up. So then I was late. Upon returning I asked the nurse at the door why she stuffed a hand in my face and then slammed the door in my face. She really didn't have anything to say other then it's their covid protocol, of which I totally understand. With that being said I work in health care and would never treat a patients spouse this bad! In closing I can go to a mariners game with my wife without a mask but I can't hold her hand while the nurse gives her a IV. Am I missing something ?? Why does this company not have policy's in place for having clothes for their patients to put case of emergencies. Instead of a see through ER gown. Not only did I wait on hold for over an hour, but on three of the calls they just hung up on me after holding all that time. I don't know about you, but to me this indicates that they are either incompetent to run a professional business, or they are too cheap to hire the help they need to maintain their desks and scheduling. Either way, I am going with someone else who picks up their phone.
