We were very excited to meet Dr. Chang and the appointment went well in general. But the main thing…read morewe went in there for is because we had a change of insurance and had to find a new pediatrician who would help with ADHD medication. Unfortunately, Dr. Chang refused to provide access to the medication. We called around 30 or 40 pharmacies, and the only place we could find it was CVS mail order. He said he doesn't trust mail order, and therefore was unwilling to transfer the prescription to that service, so now we are in the situation of needing to find a new pediatrician who might be able to see us before the medication runs out, which is unlikely. If you need a hard to find medication, I advise against going here.

We've seen 2 different doctors and both were very nice the male doctor was pretty funny which the kids enjoyed. My only complaint is the waiting room could use a regular scrub down as it was pretty dirty and the desperately needed new chairs in there as well, feels like you might fall through. Thankfully all patient rooms and even the bathroom were very clean.

I did not even get to see a doctor. I got a nurse practitioner who was extremely rude. She quickly…read moreinformed me that it was "not her job to find out what is causing the symptoms". She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

Dr. Kim and his nurse got me in for a same day MRI and then called me the next morning at 9am and got me in to see a surgeon the same day. I took my son River to her at 3 months old for infant torticollis and after only three visits (1 hour each) his neck was in alignment and no longer tilting to one side. His tummy time has improved so much and his neck seems so much stronger and he is happier and more relaxed. I would recommend all moms of newborns come see Dr. Hart for this very gentle massage-like therapy to release any tightness their infant probably is carrying around in their neck from birth. It is absolutely incredible what a difference she has made in my son's life.
