The Black Friday opening was a complete mess, the Advertisement flyer was misleading and the…read moreManager cared not when asked about it. The young employee allowed 4 people who stayed in their car ahead of everyone while 30+ rest of us sat or stood in line like expected. What the hell was that about? Literally everyone in line was speaking up and rightfully upset primarily because your position in line determined your discount %. Well these 4 kids who got to cut in front of everybody took myself and 2 family members out of the 90% off(I'll come back to this) discount for being the first 10 people. So I was pissed AND the employee didn't address this to anyone, he literally ignored us all regarding this matter when he came out to hand tickets out. I finally get into the store after standing/sitting outside for 2.5hrs(I mention this to further emphasize those 4 kids just chilling in their car) now I'm in the 75% off bracket. Now I am being told that the discount only applies to a separate purchase after a qualifying $50 or more 1st purchase. This was NOT how the advertisement was worded or indicated, it clearly said discount only applies to the purchase of 1 item $50 or more. Manager simply said "Nope," nothing more. So myself and 2 other customers who were going to spend their own money(the 2 family members) promptly turned around and left. All 3 of us were there to buy new device kits and expensive CBD juice, we weren't just trying to get 90% off on the minimum $50 and take advantage. However, the Manager didn't get that far enough with me nor did her care enough to ask if there was anything he could do.

11/8/14 I'm writing…read morethis review for you to read after numerous hours have been spent chatting, vaping, and meeting new friends EVERY time I step into VapenOut. I recently started getting into social vaping a year ago (2014), and decided to upgrade from the traditional "e-pen" starting vape that everyone first uses. Before I came to VapenOut, I shopped around at other local vape shops to get a general price of what I was going to be dropping. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted setup wise, and I also knew EXACTLY how much I was willing to spend on it. After going to 3 or 4 different shops per friends' recommendations, they all generally seemed to either not fully listen to what I wanted, or they exceeded the price VERY much. On a bright and sunny Monday morning, I woke up to see that I had gotten a new follower on my Instagram page. VapenOut. I quickly took a shower, and headed over there to see what they had to offer before I gave up all hope. I walked in to the shop, and immediately fell in love. The shop gives off this dark atmosphere with very minimal lights provided by blue LED strips. Almost instantly, I was greeted by what seemed to be the only employee in the place. He asked me if I needed any help, and I proceeded to explain to him what I had explained to the other previous shops. Within SECONDS, an entire setup was looking me in the face, and it was absolutely beautiful. Completely awestruck by what I was looking at, I didn't even think to ask the price. Coming back to my senses, It was time to make or break this deal. I asked for what the damage was. The answer that he gave me shocked me. It was EXACTLY what I wanted to spend. We shook hands, I made the purchase, and I also picked up a bottle of Cosmic Fog's "Milk & Honey" e-juice. Pulling back up to my driveway, I took a big drag off of my all copper themed setup (AmeraVape Buster Mod, Doge v2 RDA), exhaled the vapor, and knew I had found my store. UPDATE: 4/15/2015 I come to VapenOut at least 2 times a week. I absolutely love sitting around and just chatting with everybody that comes in. I've made so many new friends that enjoy the same things I do, and it just feels so awesome. A few days ago, I bought my second Mechanical Mod setup. Louis (the employee in the original review) helped me as always, and I couldn't be happier with what I walked out of the store with. I love VapenOut. If you're on the fence about vaping, or on the fence about which store you should visit to get a quality setup, there's no hesitation when I recommend this place.

Selling fakes, and they don't care…read more I went in to buy a vape (obviously) and the salesperson was very nice and convinced me to try something different, so I did. I noticed when I got home that it tasted .. bad (plastic) and wouldn't really hit. I looked up the brand to see if it was a "me" thing... only to find absolutely nothing. Not on Google. Not on Twitter. Not on Instagram. Not on freaking Reddit. Nothing exists because it's a fake. "Ape Bar" isn't a brand. Elf Bar, which this is a direct replica of, is a brand. The more I examine the box, the more I realized it didn't have the right info - no security code, said nicotine instead of nic salt, etc. I took it back and explained the situation. I was allowed to swap it for something else, but the dude was adamant that Elf Bar had rebranded as Ape Bar. Nah. Anyway, stay safe. It's not worth the risk. Just buy from somewhere else.

Talk about SERVICE!…read more I had the opportunity to visit this shop for the first time since I was in a hurry to my destination one day, and was not near my regular vape shop across the street from the neighborhood. At the time, one of my electronic vape died on me, and I was in dire need of a new vape. Despite my normal vape shop not having the one I wanted in stock, a quick call to Krazy Ape addressed my concerns without hesitation, and had more than enough of said device in different colors. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by one of the owners of the business. The entire area was clean and full of updated items! He immediately presented me with multiple options for my choosing. I proceeded to ask about the business (since I assumed it was new), and was informed that this was one of many other shops around town. Good to know! During this exchange, I was shocked to find out their prices on my items to be LOWER than my usual vape shop. On top of that, he handled the entire transaction with professionalism and care. Needless to say, I no longer have a need to go to my ex-vape shop. Trust me, this is THE shop to go to. Hands down the best experience I've had.. and I've been to plenty. Krazy Ape all the way

Other employees seem pretty cool thankfully so you should be good if you catch someone else, but this dude is SO confident and so wrong and gets visibly upset when you say anything otherwise. Had to shut up and smile and nod just so he would let me leave the conversation, AFTER I said "well looks like y'all don't have 90degree quartz bangers thanks anyways though" and actively tried to leave. Btw bro if you read this, Borosilicate glass 1-exists in this big beautiful world and 2- 90* quartz bangers also exist- tikiquartz being a reputable brand if you want to actually cater to concentrate users like you say you do 3- takes one google search to find thousands of bangers made with borosilicate because borosilicate doesn't melt under torches like lead crystal and sodalime glass, it's fine if you don't know these things, what's not fine is interrupting someone every time they open their mouths simply because you're too stuck up to recognize you're wrong.
