The girl behind the counter tells me that they don't do eights they only sell grams, but they have buy 3 and get the 4th free. Solid, I tell her I'll do that. I came home and looked at what she gave me and kind of questioned if it was 4 grams. So I pull my scale and it is 2.9! I could forgive the .1 that is an easy one to happen, but to straight up not give me the free gram is a joke. I checked my receipt and sure enough it is rung up as 3 grams and then it shows a 4th gram for free. I understand it was free so I didn't lose money. The point is I went in with the intention to get 3.5 grams originally so I still ended up losing how much herb I wanted to have. I'm just counting it as a loss. Within a few weeks the mod got a…read morestrange glitch where I could not switch to watt mode and was stuck in joule mode, along with inability to increase temperature setting while only being able to decrease temperature, along with a weird glitchy character displayed on the hundreds place of the temperature. I contacted yihi (the manufacturer) and explained the problem and they gave me a return code for the vendor (ecig and vapor lounge). Brought the code and my receipt to this store and was immediately presented with a brand new replacement SX Mini by the manager who took care of the warranty for me with no effort from my end. Excellent customer service. This is the ecig store in which I've had by far the best customer experience, and I've visited about 5 or 6.

Although there are many other smoke shops in the area, they generally tend toward general novelty items with a smaller selection of actual smoking accessories, but if you want to go to a smoke shop that is smoking accessories from end to end, with a few other cool things thrown in, this is the one to go to. If you want adult toys, gag gifts, T-shirts, posters, and other fluff that seems to comprise of 75% of most other shops, this isn't the place. If this place was open 24 hrs a day, I would probably rarely even make my purchases at the others.
