The Black Friday opening was a complete mess, the Advertisement flyer was misleading and the Manager cared not when asked about it. The young employee allowed 4 people who stayed in their car ahead of everyone while 30+ rest of us sat or stood in line like expected. What the hell was that about? Literally everyone in line was speaking up and rightfully upset primarily because your position in line determined your discount %. Well these 4 kids who got to cut in front of everybody took myself and 2 family members out of the 90% off(I'll come back to this) discount for being the first 10 people. So I was pissed AND the employee didn't address this to anyone, he literally ignored us all regarding this matter when he came out to hand tickets out. I finally get into the store after standing/sitting outside for 2.5hrs(I mention this to further emphasize those 4 kids just chilling in their car) now I'm in the 75% off bracket. Now I am being told that the discount only applies to a separate purchase after a qualifying $50 or more 1st purchase. This was NOT how the advertisement was worded or indicated, it clearly said discount only applies to the purchase of 1 item $50 or more. Manager simply said "Nope," nothing more. So myself and 2 other customers who were going to spend their own money(the 2 family members) promptly turned around and left. All 3 of us were there to buy new device kits and expensive CBD juice, we weren't just trying to get 90% off on the minimum $50 and take advantage. However, the Manager didn't get that far enough with me nor did her care enough to ask if there was anything he could do. read more

We've been to at least 8 vape shops in the last month and this was by far our favorite! An extensive juice selection, super helpful, and extremely professional. I am so glad the shop up the road was just about out of everything and we took and chance on this one. It will be our home store from now on. Keep up the good work! Ok... about a year later and there have been some major staffing changes. None of the previous noted employees work there anymore, and they no long keep consistent stock of our favorite juices. Would not recommend this shop. The employees seem nice and chill but don't know what they are selling and will say anything to get you to make a purchase. I bought a cookies cart and a battery pack and the employee said it was great and highly recommended it. Well it tasted nothing like described and was just all around terrible product. They have no refund or exchange policy anywhere so I brought back everything with receipt and said they don't do refunds basically if you're not satisfied with a products THEY sold you and are suppose to have knowledge on. When I went back in a whole different employee told me they would never have recommended the product because they aren't that great. People in there are just selling whatever and then you are out of $50+. Never going back read more

Vapor trend is nice but the red head girl employee sucks. First, I used my old Nevada ID bc it was the only ID on me at the time (which is still very valid) bc I used it there last week and she claimed it didn't work. So I then run home to get my Texas ID, and ran back. I showed her both my ID's so she didn't think it was fake or I was lying, which then got approved with her very poor attitude. She checked me out, didn't give me a receipt, then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my 19 cents, which I clearly wanted but the way she said it made me feel obligated to say no, as if she didn't want to take the energy out of her day to scramble up the 19 cents. Honestly it was poor service from her. I've had great service here before but never shitty service like this. I'm very disappointed and will NOT be going back. Went to Rock n Roll it for a vape product. Gave my ID and my drivers ID to the employee and waited a while then was asked "Which ID is fake?" Both of us are 24 and our ID's are real. Employee threatened to call the cops and we told her to do such that because we are not in the wrong. My friend showed her an expired ID to prove it was his birthday. She was saying that the colors were different. She refused to sell to us and said she documented our ID's. I wish she actually did call the police to show her how she was wrong. She had horrible customer service and it was my first time being at this shop and I will never be back again. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. They advertised a Black Friday sale, which sounded promising (90% off one item for the first 10 customers, 75% off next 10, etc.). Went two hours before opening to wait and all was going well, until 10 minutes prior to opening, these group of guys got out of their car and met the employee and his dad (who was volunteering to help open the store and crowd control) and showed the employee a snap of them supposedly waiting since 4am. So the employee, which I suspect is a friend of theirs since the guys all fist bumped his dad on their way out, handed them the first 4 tickets while the rest of us in line watched. Even when we protested, the employee shrugged us off. Once we got in store, there was confusion about the promotion and the "manager" explained that you had to buy $50 first, then your second transaction would be discounted. The ad did not explain this fine print, and many besides myself were surprised. When told about the issue with the tickets, the manager showed no concern and snatched my ticket once I told him I was uninterested in buying because of their terrible service and proceeded to hand it to someone else. They obviously don't care about making new customers, only hooking up the ones they're familiar with. read more

Went in with wife so that she could try some different juice flavors. The one star is for the greeting when we walked in from the only employee working but that's where the stars stopped . Wife was asked "what flavor she likes"? she replied, buttery nipple.....then was asked what flavor profile is that made with? we didn't know. She was directed to one of several TV's that had the entire flavor menu on it. Somehow, not one flavor she inquired about was available for sampling. Other shops in and around Tomball have flavor stations with at least 60 different flavors to sample.This place looks nice but thats about it. Crappy, Crappy would not and do not recommend this shop. Although, this shop is only 2 miles from our home we will not return to vapor trend instead will drive 6 miles to a shop that has a proper sample station and real customer service. read more

I came into this is shop to purchase a new set up after my battery died on my ego. Avery was the guy that helped me a bit, but anytime id ask a question he look at me like I was an idiot and replied with such a bad attitude. I got so irritated by his attitude I walked out of the shop. Being without a mod made me give up and deal with the attitude.
