Absolutely love this place! Such great selections for steal prices! Last week, ZeroUV had a warehouse sale with 15+ vendors and all the sunglasses were only $5-$10! They also sold adorable pouches for only $1 which was a nice add-on. They keep up with the current trends with affordable pricing and good quality. What more would I ask for? read more

I've had two bad experiences with Zero UV which sucks because their glasses really are cute and low priced. The first time I got sunglasses delivered with white paint stains on them and when I emailed the company, nothing was really done about it. The second most recent time I had to wait over 8 business days and still hadn't received my package (Which was supposed to come in 2 to 5 business days). When I called, there was no apology about any of it. They just quickly asked if I wanted a refund and hung up on me. I am thankful that they offered to refund! This could be super inconvenient when you're counting on glasses for a certain event etc... So just keep that in mind for anyone who's ordering glasses from here and needs them in a rush. I literally live 10 miles from their warehouse lol But the price is pretty unbeatable for some of their styles, so it may be worth that risk for some. read more

ZeroUV has been outfitting me with dope shades for ages now. Until now, they've been selling their sunglasses exclusively online which was totally fine with me considering they're local and I get my swag the very next day. I really thought it couldn't get any better but now they're opening up a store like a mile from me in Huntington Beach. Hallelujah! My prayers have been answered. I can just stop by on the way to the beach to swoop up some shades to impress the ladies because let's me honest, my bod won't be impressing nobody. Their selection is insane. Hands down. They got something for everybody. Yes, even for hipsters like you. Ever since I've started rocking zeroUV, my cool factor has gone way up. I'm allowed to sit at the cool kids table now. Winning. My go-to signature pair are the polarized wayfarers, total classics and at these prices I have a pair in every room of the house along with a pair in each of my whips. I take my eye-care very seriously. Customer service is on point too. I had a broken pair once and they were quick to send me another pair with no hassle, totally easy peasy. Ordered a pair of sunglasses and was sent a completely different pair. I contacted them and was told the pair I wanted was out of stock. I initiated a return and they informed me that the return would be at my own cost as I am an international customer. I posted a poor review of them elsewhere due to their rigid policy in this instance, given the fact that the issue was entirely their fault alone for improperly fulfilling the order. I received a reply from them stating that this was not their policy towards international customers and to try contacting them again so they can rectify the situation. I was then told by email "You were not required to return the item, but have asked to return it". How are people supposed to know otherwise, when it's common retail practice to return an item in order to obtain a refund? Clairvoyance? Magic? Their international customer policy was never raised when I asked to return in the first place (nor was a refund even offered in our first correspondence, just an exchange). Their reply to my review was the FIRST time that I've been informed by this company that returns are not required for international customers, as this information is not available on their website (of which I have a screenshot). I've been refunded, but only the cost of the item and not the shipping - so I've essentially paid ZeroUV to ship me a model I never asked for and do not want but is not worth returning. They have been nothing but combative and have refused to take ownership of their mistakes. Avoid this company if you are a mere mortal without magical mind-reading capabilities. read more

I won a gift card in an Instagram giveaway and that's how I found out about this brand. I think when it comes to sunglasses, it's important to try them on, so I went to their Huntington beach store with a friend. ZeroUV is an online shop so the actual location is kind of hidden. Don't be alarmed when the GPS takes you to a side road haha. When you go in person, although they don't have the glasses on display, you can write down the style number of the ones that you're interested in and they'll bring them to you. The process took a while so that's my only complaint. The selection process could certainly be more efficient. However, they make up for it by giving you 25% off if you visit in person. Not to mention, the owner is SO nice and generous! He made small conversations with us and even gave us complimentary cases. Most importantly, they have a very large selection so you're bound to find one that you like. Plus they're super affordable; the average price is about $10. read more

Ordered a pair of sunglasses from ZeroUV for the first time. The wrong style came, but I called them and they easily exchanged them AND gave me a refund. So basically, these glasses were free! On top of that, they gave me a complimentary pair of sunglasses and more little pouches to carry them in. Usually when you deal with returns and refunds, it's a headache not just for the customer but also for the customer service center. This place handles the matter with so much care. They're genuinely nice and honest. I was actually sitting in the waiting area for not even five minutes, and in that short amount of time, I was asked by several different people who were clocking out if I had been helped or not. You have to understand that people and companies don't really care like this these days. They have the cutest glasses and do a showing every Friday. Not sure when it starts, but I know that it ends at 3pm. The glasses are all well priced and of great quality. (Shipping free over $20) !! read more

I just received my second order of sunglasses for me and my husband. We are both ecstatic with our selection! Personally, I get bored with my wardrobe fairly quickly and I wanted some new looks for our trip to Tuscany coming up.
