If I could leave no stars I would! Canceled my appointment twice to have my duct's cleaned. Had an appointment for last Saturday and all I got was a sorry can't make it. Will never use this company again and will go out of my way to tell anyone looking at them for service to let them know what shitty service they provide!!! read more

They did a great job and were very informative. I didn't like the oder in one of the rooms after they left, so I had them come back, which was free of charge, and they addressed the issue. thank you guys. read more

Tyler our tech, and April the receptionist are AMAZING at what they do. The whole ZeroRez team is fantastic. The ZeroRez process of removing pet stains from the carpet pad is PHENOMENAL it was worth the extra cost to do so in the kid's room. The whole crew was super professional and helpful. Well worth the cost. read more

Zerorez does amazing work! They always took care of the spots I'm my home. I'll always use zerorez!

I was impressed with your courteous technicians who took all the time needed for me to get a clear explanation. And I appreciated how friendly you were with my pets too! Great job on the couch! read more

Nick came out to our place today to clean the carpets and instead of just coming in and cleaning them and taking our money, he took the time to show us some spots but was very honest and told us we didn't need to clean the carpets. I appreciate how nice, respectful and honest he was! Most companies just take your money and go about it. When we do get the carpets cleaned, we will be coming to Zerorez to help us out! read more

Although my carpet is only 18months old, it's a no shoe home and vacuumed 3x a week old I figured that a cleaning was in order to keep it fresh and new looking. Zerorez did just that. There was no smell of a cleaning solution left behind and no crunchy carpets. My entire house (2,000sq ft of carpet) was done in less than 2 hours and it was dry by late evening. I'll definitely be calling again in the future. Oh and Barry (cleaning tech) did a great job of protecting the walls/edges, wore clean booties and was super nice and friendly. read more

I'd heard the radio ads for Zerorez for several months with the local radio personalities giving their glowing testimonals. We had Zerorez clean the carpets in our entire house. It was hard to tell how clean the carpet was when they left since it was damp. Once it dried, it looked like it had never been cleaned. Areas in the hall that were especially dirty looked the same as before cleaning. If I could give Zerorez a "zero" rating I would. read more

Love that there are no chemicals! Carpet looks and feels great. I would definitely recommend them!

Great all around! Happy to have them in my home! Tend to be more pricey, but well worth it.

I had a great experience with Zerorez. Professional yet friendly service. It was so quick! I would definitely recommend to family and friends! read more

We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez a few months ago. We had several stains due to kiddos and a big dog and were wanting those tackled. The technician from Zerorez suggested a special stain treatment for an additional $75 per stain but we passed, thinking that a thorough clean should be enough to take most of stain up. Unfortunately, once the carpet dried we found that the stains remained completely unchanged. Very disappointing to pay the money for carpet cleaning and have it looked virtually identical before and after. It seems a bit unreasonable to have to pay so much more for this specific "stain treatment" in order to have any improvement. Having the carpets cleaned again already and going with a different company this time around. read more

No soap or detergents and my carpet looks new. Very professional and was done in time

I love that there is absolutely no detergent residue or chemical! I also am a big fan of the extraction with hot water. Definitely the best my carpets have looked and Herome was so informative, helpful and professional in every way! I feel like my carpets have received a "second life"! Made a believer of me, I will be calling you to come back every six months! Thank you ! read more

There is no soap reside to collect more dirt! I used other carpet cleaners, and found that within just a few months, carpets looked dirty again. It seems like the carpets stayed clean longer this time. read more

I had Zerorez come in to clean the carpet on a rental I manage. In October when some tenants moved out, I had hired another firm come in. I had no complaints, but the stains reappeared. When another set of tenants moved out, I needed carpet cleaning badly, as the renters had spilled dark blue paint in one of the bedrooms. Zerorez not only got the old former stains out that had reappeared, they removed the paint stains as well! Totally amazing. And the price was WAY lower for superior work. I had them come to my own house, and it looks like I have brand new carpets, even though the house was built in the 1970's. They were very careful with my furniture and wood staircase. Every stain was removed. EVERY single one! And it smells clean and fresh, not like you just sprayed with air freshener -- just a clean outside, fresh air smell. Zerorez is incredible. Great technology. Great people. I can't say enough wonderful things! read more

Our high quality carpet is only 2 years old and we had heard such glowing advertisements for Zerorez we decided to use them. The technician came a cleaned 6 rooms and was gone in less than 1 1-2 hours. We assumed the carpet would be brighter and the travel patterns standing taller when it dried. Speaking of drying it took over 24 hours to dry even tho it was in the high 80s outside. When it finally dried we were very disappointed since it looked no better than before they came. Rather than complain we decided that we would just live with it because we did not want them to come back. Now we kick ourselves that we didn't say something sooner because when we look at the carpet we just think of the money we wasted on zerorez. I called them today but as expected since we are 7 days beyond the 30 day warranty period there is nothing they can do. The young lady on the phone said that she would give my message to the "Retention Specialist" who would be calling me. We will see. read more
