This was a great investment. Scott and John fit us in to the busy schedule and came by at 5:30pm as we requested they get to us as soon as possible. Scott showed us how the system works and how it cleans without using any chemicals. I was skeptical that the system may not do the job without chemicals but the carpet came out great and I'll definitely use Zerorez in the near future. Jory was an unbelievable rep. Not only was he timely, courteous, and cheerful, he was extremely knowledgeable about Zerorez. He took the time to do several demonstrations, always stopped to make sure the treatment would not harm my rugs or fine other, and ensured I was satisfied with the work every step of the way. There was one rug and one piece of furniture he declined to treat, not wanting to risk damaging the sensitive dyes and fabrics. I'm sold. Okay, so, if you don't want to clean your tile floors.... this company will do it. for $400 or more.... it'll look like you just mopped, but, oh... they say it will change the way soil/stains hit your grout.... it's all BS BS BS I just paid $500 to see the tile in my house look just as good as it did when I used PINE SOL..... hello!!!!!!!! The whole point of having your carpet cleaned is to have it look"new" again........... well, my 4 year old carpet does!! You know a real plus, if you have a pet, is that "blue light" they use that can show any pet stains that are not obvious. The technician was able to find those and take care of them. Wow!! We had Zerorez come out several months ago to clean the carpets. The carpets still look amazing. We both are happily surprised to say that the heavy traffic areas still look great. We've had other companies come out and within a week the heavy traffic areas look dirty again. Thanks to Tonya and John I had a happy ending and will ask for John again when needed. The first guy was total jerk and a bad job but John came in and made my ceramic floors so clean and shiny. So yes I would recommend them as Tonya guided me in the right direction and we got John. Zerorez was able to get an iced tea stain the size of a softball out of my carpet (which a previous carpet cleaning service cleaned up but the stain reappeared shortly after the other company cleaned it).
