You have been warned. Lee and YD are the only two guys who operate everything about this shop. They will work on one car at a time from start to finish. They're professionals, seasoned veterans at their craft, and take their time with all the prep work and clean up. How many times have you gone to get a service, whether it be on your home, car, etc. and when the job is done, there's a mess left behind for you to clean? Not here, they will not only do their job with perfection but they clean up everything like nothing happened. Actually, my car was cleaner because they cleaned all the windows for me. Yes, shame on me for letting my car get that dirty and not attending to it. Lee even fixed the wiring for my windshield dash cam and made it neater. I had my front windshield done with UV heat rejection film (clear) as well as my sunroof with Wow Tint. With the appointment, they got to work soon after I pulled up my car. I had a friend swoop me up to get breakfast nearby and as I was having my meal, I got the text that my car was done. My job took about 1.5 hours. After I got back to the shop, Lee went over everything they did and even showed me the difference with the heat lamp. Lee even sent me photos of the job and how they totally covered my dash, steering wheel, etc. to keep it all super clean. Lee gave me a solid price for two windows. Although, it was a long drive for me on my day off to stop by Wow Tint, I am highly satisfied with their work. It also gives me an excuse to head out to the area to get some food. The person who helped me seemed nice and was transparent about removing the stickers I had so they could place the film. On the other hand, I looked in the backseat and saw there were scuff marks/ black marks left on my seats---and since the seats are made of cloth, I don't know how easily they'll get out. I don't know why they didn't use film or paper to cover the seats while they worked on the back window. They never called or texted me to tell me that my car was done. I was waiting for a few hours, and it was only after I called them first that they told me the car was ready. They had my number too. Overall the film was quality, but they should keep in mind that customers need to know when their cars are ready, and that we don't have time to clean our own seats that they dirtied up in the first place.
