I request a quote and they responded fast. The prices were the lowest I received so I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in last minute. The warranty was explained with great detail and they even put stickers on the buttons to remind me and anyone in my truck not to roll down the windows. I just got my other Tesla Model 3 tinted at Zero Tint in Rowland Heights yesterday. I requested a quote from Steve on Yelp first, and he responded to me quickly, and then I made an appointment with him. Steve is very professional, and he explained to me the different shades and options. He uses Johnson brand ceramic film. I chose the front window shades lighter and the rear window shades in a darker color. It only took him an hour to tint all front & rear windows, and he only did it by himself. He usually has another worker to work with him on other days, and he said it could be faster. I was waiting in the waiting lounge, and it had complimentary water, a TV with a remote, and a CCTV in the waiting room, so the customers can see the working progress in real time. Steve also mentioned that he will only focus on one car at a time, so he is available by appointment only. The film I chose came with a limited lifetime warranty for any bubbles, peeling, or film discoloration (does not cover broken glass, scratches, or physical damages and must have the receipt.) The tint has a few tiny moisture bubbles underneath when it was done, but I was told that they will dry up. Note: I used master card to pay, and besides the subtotal plus taxes, there's a 3% processing fee (about $10) that I did not know until I got the receipt by SMS message from Zero Tint. Overall, the whole process was quick and easy.

**Comprehensive Review** I had my 2026 Tesla Model Y tinted here and just wanted to share my experience. Setting up the appointment: You can really tell that the owner, Steve, cares a lot about customer service. When I called Steve, he set me up with an appointment for Saturday at 8:30 AM, and made sure to answer all my questions. I asked him a lot of questions, which I think would be helpful so I will provide them here. -This shop specializes in ceramic tint only and do not carry other types of tint. -They primarily use a tint from Johnson Films, specifically the "InsulatIR Ceramic Film." I asked him if he used other tint brands at his shop? He told me that he does carry 3M film as well, but that he actually recommends the Johnson Film over the 3M film, because the 3M film has color shift and slight cloudiness in terms of visibility, when compared to the Johnson Film. So I took his advice and went with the Johnson Film instead. -The reason to go with ceramic film over anything else is because it has better heat rejection. So, Saturday morning comes and I pull up to the shop at 8:30 AM. I really like their facility. It has a small business vibe, and it's just Steve and an older gentleman, who I can only assume is his father. I really enjoyed the small business feel--it was a very personalized experience. He gave me a demonstration of the heat rejection qualities of the ceramic tint film with a heat lamp, and then showed me the waiting lounge. The waiting lounge is very cool: there was complimentary water, phone chargers, and a TV with netflix. But here is the BEST PART: He also has cameras in that waiting room where you can SEE them actually working on your car in real time. Now, I read the other reviews and this is what really drew me to this shop. I'm extremely OCD for perfection when it comes to my car, so i really wanted to take it to a shop where I could see exactly what they were doing. They started working on my car immediately, and I could see Steve and the other gentleman working on both sides of the car. Steve did the right side, and the other gentleman did the left side. I also paid really close attention to see if they did protect the interior of my car while tinting (door panels, and especially the windshield). I have heard many horror stories of people's cars/electronics getting water damage. Tinting is a process that involves a LOT of soap solution being sprayed INSIDE the car. If a shop is not careful, electronics could be damaged. So i was watching really closely to see if they did indeed protect the interior. I cannot speak for the door panels because the way the camera was angled I could not see. However, I could clearly see that they took the time to cover my entire dashboard when they tinted my windshield. So a BIG shout out to them for that. There are a lot of tint shops that don't bother to cover/protect. This is not one of them. I saw them take the extra time to cover my dashboard and that by itself really put me at ease. Once the process was done, Steve gave me the usual post-tint advice: Don't roll down or clean the windows for 3 days, don't use any ammonia based window cleaner. After the job was done, I drove back home and closely inspected the work. There was a small issue where the edge of the film was not cut smoothly (jagged uneven edge which looks sloppy). It was a small issue, so I think a lot of people wouldn't mind. But like I said I am very OCD, and this jagged edge was on the driver door, so I would see it every time I opened my door lol. So I called Steve and told him about the issue. He was very apologetic and offered to fix it immediately. I drove back and had them fix the edge. They ended up shaving just a bit off more on that edge. After that, the tint looks good. All in all, it was a very good experience. A slight issue with the edge not looking perfect (again, I am OCD and I think many wouldn't really care), but I mentioned it to Steve and actually drove back. They fixed the edge for me and now it looks perfect. The tint still has a few moisture bubbles underneath, and I am waiting on those to dry up to see how cleanly the tint was applied (whether any dust specks or air pockets, etc that stay). I will update the review once a few days have passed and allow everything to dry.

I texted Steve around 8pm about ceramic tint for a new car the other night, and was impressed at the efficiency of his customer service. He promptly called and confirmed an 8:30am appointment with me for the next morning. The facility itself is extremely clean. There is a comfortable waiting room with a TV, Wi-Fi, water, and even a camera view of Steve at work on the car. He was done in just over an hour, enough time for me to get through a Netflix movie. It was a little under $600 after-taxes for 70% windshield 35% other windows ceramic coating. He also has a lifetime warranty on the coating for the lifetime of the car. I highly recommend Steve's services. He's friendly, efficient, and professional.

Brought in my Model Y Tesla on a Friday afternoon and got my car back on the same day after 4 hours. Terrific service at an affordable price too. I got the ceramic tint 35% all around except for the roof and front windshield. The worker took his time and explained the difference of each tint to my carefully. Summer in LA can get really hot so I wanted a tint that will block out the heat and found this tint will do the job. 10/10 would recommend this place if anyone is looking for a good place to get their car tinted. read more

Phenomenal Service and hospitality. As well as great pricing. I got about fifteen quotes from Tint Shops, and this was the best one I got for the quality of service. They did a great job on my car, and treated me with great hospitality while I waited for the process to finish. The owner offered me brisk iced tea, sodas or water in the waiting room as well as some snacks. Even a heater and chargers in the waiting room! The work they did on my car only took one hour, and the outcome looks great! The window tint is exactly how I wanted it. They were also very flexible to my availability. I came in to get to windows replaced because another tint shop couldn't get it right after three tries. When I came in, I was very impressed by Steve's set up. He had extremely clean floors which I noticed at first and impressive light, set up and a light ball which helped him to see imperfections. He did my two windows in a very controlled environment, which I was extremely impressed with. I am very detail oriented, and could see imperfections in all of my other installs, including creases dust, and went. This installation was absolutely perfect as I expected! See you later on showed me that he had a purified air system that sends mist into the air to suppress dust! He says that he has been in the business over 26 years and I believe him! I've been wanting my Model 3 tinted for a while now because summer is coming up and I'm always driving for work or errands. While at my moms house I came across Steve and Zero tint. I messaged Steve on yelp and within 5 minutes I got a quote and he was able to take me that same day with no appointment. I was not disappointed with Steve and exceeded all my expectations. Another truly wonderful family owned business. During this pandemic make me realize how many wonderful business were around me but has been missing out... I was websearching a tint shop after my 2022 new ride delivered. Saw some on yelp n submitted quote, and somehow yelp likes to ask if I want multiple quotes from other shops. Of cuz right... here's the problem, instead of shop around my area, I got quotes from 50+ miles away. So I went Google search and find this shop, Zero Tint. At first I was skeptical because there are not much reviews. So I went over to check the place out. Decent, clean, equipped with sufficient lighting and equipments to perform what's required. So I went to talk to Mr. LEE, the owner. He is a one man business and very knowledgeable on what he does. The main reason I decided to have my new born (car) handle by him because of his honesty. I told him I've other quotes and what I am looking for. He didn't hard sell but instead, recommend me to go to the lowest quote if they use 3M Crystalline, that 15 miles away BTW. Again, his honesty earned my trust and business. Price is vary if you decide to use the brand name. I took Mr. LEE advise and go with a Korean manufacturer with equivalent quality iR %. That more important. Also a lifetime warranty on the Vin#. I highly recommend and support your local small business!!! read more

This team is very sweet, patient, & accommodating. I brought my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek in to get tinted. I got all windows tinted including rear & front for a great price. If you pay with cash the total amount will be flat whereas if you pay with a card there would be a fee. I had a very little incident but it was resolved promptly & they went over above & beyond to resolve it. They provided such great service I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you Steve! I need to get a tint job done for my 2023 model y. So I called this shop to make an appointment because I have come to this shop before, but I didn't know there is a new owner. I was skeptical at first but after talking to Steve, he is the new owner, I decided to come in to check it out. Steve completely renovated the shop and the waiting area. The shop looks super clean and he has different snacks and drinks for his customers in the waiting area. Steve's customer service is deserving a 5-stars rating and to top that he offers a very competitive pricing and a super clean car wash afterward. No doubt that I will come back to this shop again in the future and refer my friends or anyone needs to get a tint job done. This is my first car and I didn't know much which tinting shades I should get. Steve walked me through the different colors patiently and did an excellent job. What I am impressed most with is the great customer service from the first call to the car delivery. Furthermore, price is competitive and if you are afraid of having to wait for 1-2 hours, time will fly quick in the nice waiting room space there. You're provided with snacks and drinks and can look at how your car tinting process is progressing through cameras. Finally not only was my car tinted when I got it back, Steve gave it a nice wash. I took my brand new Tesla in last week and I wanted to write a review after all this rain. I finally got to take a look at the quality of work and I must say it is astounding!!! It has no particles nor bubbling which is awesome. I was helped by Steve and my experience that day was top notch. He really knew what he was talking about. I've been wanting to tint my car windows cause of summer and I drive a lot for work. Did my research and came across Zero Tint. Called the business and received a quote from the owner Steve. He gave me the run down of the costs and was upfront about everything which I appreciated. Had a opening and rushed down there to have my car tinted for all 5 windows + front windshield. Dropped it off while I ran errands. Later on Steve called me to tell me my front windshield cracked, he said if I have to replace the windshield just call him to make an appt and he will replace it. After that day the crack got worse so I did replace the front windshield. Made a new appt with Steve and so he can tint my front windshield. It is truly a lifetime warranty. I recommend everyone to get the lifetime warranty tint. I highly recommend Zero Tint for taking care of me and providing great customer service. Also, the day I got my windows tinted, I also had my dashcam wiring fixed too which has been on my to-do list for months and I can finally scratch that off. If you need your car tinted or your dashcam fixed or both. Just go to Zero Tint to have it all taken care of. I'm a customer for life! read more

They were very communicative and easy to work with. I had my 2023 crv brought in, that already had factory dyed rear windows at 20%, which they had no problem getting the fronts to match if requested. They took their time to do quality work and the pricing was really affordable for the work done. They even provided photos and videos of the process afterwards. This place is top of the line ! I called at the last minute and they received me at the last minute. The price was fair and the tint looked good on my car. They tinted my car quick. The person at the front desk I think his name is Steve was real friendly and cool. They have cable TV, Wi-Fi, Free sodas, candy, chips, and air conditioning.
