There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the injury, and no indication that they would even review whether the packaging met appropriate safety or legal guidelines for extremely hot broth. I was simply told to go through DoorDash, which felt dismissive given the circumstances. I understand accidents can happen, but situations involving injuries should be handled with care, accountability, and basic concern for customer safety.
