Delicious food, good prices & great portions! Service was quick & friendly, we sat down to eat inside & love how much comfort it brings Picked up some snacks & cooking ingredients as well. We were happy to find some Filipino food in the area!

    Pancit, lumpia (beef), lumpia (vegetarian).

The fried rice was insipid besides that their lumpia and adobo tasted good. The ladies working were welcoming.

We tried this food truck at Gazebo Gardens. What a cute set-up. Now for Naynay's truck review- I…read moredon't know if I was spoiled or what, but I grew up eating Filipino food at friends' houses and it was so much better than this. Naynay's lumpia were nice and crispy but just didn't have that delicious flavor I remember. The sweet chili sauce was good and it helped with the so-so flavor. Where I was really disappointed was the pancit. Yucky. :( It didn't have the right vegetables and waaay too much cilantro on top. I tried putting the soy sauce mixture on top but that didn't even help. The worst part was that we waited a really long time for our food. Numbers were called out of order and other people waiting for their food were looking around to see if others were waiting too. My husband ordered first at Naynay's and then went over to another truck to order Korean tacos. The tacos were ready super fast and we were trying to eat all the food together but while waiting for Naynay's the tacos started getting cold so we ended up eating them and even then we still waited quite a while before our food from Naynay's was done. Overall, just not a good experience with Naynay's, which is sad because they're the whole reason I wanted to go check out the food truck night.

Granted, it was after I saw an IG post that it was back, but they still went out of their way to text me too-- AND, they were there past closing time (after I got off work) so that my friends and I could go for the goods (Halo-Halo & some baked yums)... thank youuu! I came last year to purchase some pastries. See my last review. This time I came in and I had to get the Halo Halo which always looks good. It was something that I've seen at other Filipino establishments. It was really good. It had ube ice cream, another ice cream, and on the bottom I think coconut and some candy or jelly or some sort. But whatever it was, it was so good. The other thing that I got was the Ube brownie. Now this thing was unique in taste and worth coming back for as it's nothing like your average brownie. It had some chew to it but it melted in your mouth. Plus it's purple. Please come try this place out.

The location has shrunk in size, but they've upgraded their options and have some pre-packaged snacks and treats--including pints of Magnolia ice cream. The garlic rice, pancit, adobo (chicken or pork), and lumpia are still the same and delicious. I am a little sad that there is usually only one variety of sinigang soup at a time...usually the fish, which is my least favorite, because you may end up with the head (including eyeballs)-which I know some love, but I'm really not a fan. My favorite is the pork or shrimp, which I believe have superior flavor. Just as with everywhere else, prices have skyrocketed, reducing our ability to frequent Jowli's. Still, when we get food-to-go, this is a place that we prefer to support. I'm glad it has survived over a decade-Fresno is better with Jowli's here.

They weren't rude but just awkward. Service was slow for having no other customers and food ready to serve like a buffet. May not be going back when there are other better options.
