We tried this food truck at Gazebo Gardens. What a cute set-up. Now for Naynay's truck review- I…read moredon't know if I was spoiled or what, but I grew up eating Filipino food at friends' houses and it was so much better than this. Naynay's lumpia were nice and crispy but just didn't have that delicious flavor I remember. The sweet chili sauce was good and it helped with the so-so flavor. Where I was really disappointed was the pancit. Yucky. :( It didn't have the right vegetables and waaay too much cilantro on top. I tried putting the soy sauce mixture on top but that didn't even help. The worst part was that we waited a really long time for our food. Numbers were called out of order and other people waiting for their food were looking around to see if others were waiting too. My husband ordered first at Naynay's and then went over to another truck to order Korean tacos. The tacos were ready super fast and we were trying to eat all the food together but while waiting for Naynay's the tacos started getting cold so we ended up eating them and even then we still waited quite a while before our food from Naynay's was done. Overall, just not a good experience with Naynay's, which is sad because they're the whole reason I wanted to go check out the food truck night.

No update in ratings/service needed... Still phenomenal…read more I just had to pop in and say how much I love and appreciate how friendly the staff is..... suuuper nice and it's a breath of fresh air. I waited longer than I should have for another visit but I was trying not to go overboard on bread/sweets... was waiting on the text (which they said they would) when Halo-Halo was back and they most certainly did that!!! Granted, it was after I saw an IG post that it was back, but they still went out of their way to text me too-- AND, they were there past closing time (after I got off work) so that my friends and I could go for the goods (Halo-Halo & some baked yums)... thank youuu! The Halo-Halo was perfection.

Everything was completely gone and empty so that tells me that their staff is not attentive to their inventory or their display items. I think they need to be more considerate of future customers who will visit anytime throughout the day of their open hours and just have something presentable. The only thing I got to try was their halo halo , which the kind lady had explained to me that they make their Ube sauce, homemade straight from their kitchen. I was excited enough for that part, but after tasting their obey, I wasn't quite thrown away by it. Also, I just want to know that their Ube bread that was available. There was only like two trays left for sale and I was just not very stoked out to even make a purchase because everything was so empty and so I just kind of didn't even bother to make a purchase, but my aunt did pick up one tray and so I was kinda able to taste that pastry item and if I have to be honest, I believe I've had it before but anyways if I'm in the mood for any Ube bread, I would just purchase it at my local Asian market.

Please look at the pictures to see the current menu. Location: the place is clean and also the surrounding area. Cool area to step out and look around while you wait for your food to come because it's made to order! So make sure you give yourself sometime time. Parking: is not free parking but plenty of street meter parking. On my short trip to Fresno I got to visit this place called TAPSI! My assistant and I tried the number 1 and 2 .. at $13 dollars a pop. The presentation looks great and made to order! Both came with garlic rice , vegetables , 2 lumpia and the lumpia was tasty! The taste was really good and fresh. The surrounding environment was so cool as well. So now that I found you TAPSI now every time I make it here I'll be sure to always say hello and taste some of your other combos on your menu. If your ever around this area or passing tru and looking for a great breakfast Filipino food and made fresh... then this is the spot for you.

There was a lot more staff on site so it was a very speedy process to pick what I want and check out. The reason why I'm leaving this at three Stars is because none of the workers are friendly or welcoming. You would think at least one of them would be. Every time I ask What something is or what it's comprised of I get a stare from them that makes me feel like I'm dumb for asking! I am not Filipino so yes, I do have questions about dishes served because I am curious and inquisitive lol I think the pricing is a little high here. I got a piece of pork belly which wasn't that big and weighed about a pound and they charged me $21 for it. They didn't flavor or season it so it was pretty blend and I honestly don't think it was worth such a steep cost I do enjoy the lumpia, the protein sticks, and a couple other things here, but the lack of customer services deters me.
