Before Covid, I was ecstatic as their sushi position sizes were great for the price. During Covid, it was a substantial reduction in portion size, so I didn't really visit them much during that period. After Covid, I didn't feel they went back to what I originally had with them. Now a few years later, in 2024, I'm optimistic to think they're back to good quality. The portion size is reasonable. The tempura appetizer (seafood and vegetable) is a great deal at $8. The taste and freshness of their food has always been very good. This 2024 visit makes me very pleased.

Even when eaten with the mixed vegetables or rice, it was still too much. The other issue was that the chicken chunks were all very dry and far from tender. I am not sure if I got a strange batch that day, but given that there are other cheap and reasonably fast takeout places along that strip of walton road, I recommend looking elsewhere for takeout asian food.
