We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take us right away, which was a huge plus when you're short on time. They paid attention to the little details, like making sure the water temperature was comfortable, and they even brought us water without us having to ask. Such a nice touch! Wo did my pedicure and was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, personable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I also really liked the music, and the decor and overall ambiance were great. Definitely a nice neighborhood spot when you're looking for a relaxing pedicure, especially if you need somewhere that opens early. I'll definitely be back!

Once I arrived, I was told it would be a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and then was seated in a pedi chair where I soaked for about 15 more minutes before my nail tech actually started. I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. My nail tech was very nice, and overall, it was a good experience; it just felt a little rushed.

After being loyal to another nail shop for over 20 years, I actually left and made Nails of the World my new #1 spot I absolutely love this place and the people who work here. Lee does my nails, and he does an AMAZING job every time. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about this place. Today, Lee did my nails and, as always, they look absolutely amazing. Lily did my pedicure, and I also want to recognize her for her professionalism. As I was getting my nails done today, there was a freakin crazy lady making a scene. She was screaming at the staff, yelling and cussing and behaving completely out of control. She walked out with her daughter (who I'm pretty sure also got something done) without even paying for their services. What impressed me most was Lily's (and actually all the staffs) ability to completely maintain their composure and professionalism after having to endure all of that disrespect. Literally about 15 minutes later, Lily was doing my pedicure with the same kindness, patience, and professionalism she always shows. She didn't allow someone else's behavior to ruin the experience for me or affect the service she provided. People really need to remember that there are real people on the other side of the service who are working hard to take care of you. Compassion, patience, and kindness can go a very long way. I recommend Nails of the World to everyone I know, and I will continue coming here for my nails and pedicures. I LOVE this place and the people who work here! If you're looking for a salon where you'll be welcomed, treated with respect, and receive amazing service at a great price, this is the place!
