As a psych nurse myself I know good care because I give good care and the care I have received has been practical, non- judgmental and very compassionate. NP Oladosu makes sure to do a complete intake of your history with a series of questions only served to provide the best care while looking at an overall view of your symptoms. She treats all ages and multiple psychiatric disorders including mood, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia and many more. I appreciate that the visits are via telehealth during these times which makes it convenient to be in the comfort of your own home. The cost of care is affordable and they accept insurance as well as self pay. Great service! read more

I strongly caution anyone considering Olubunmi Oladosu as a psychiatrist. My experience was extremely disappointing, and there are multiple serious red flags for anyone seeking competent, patient-centered care. The telehealth platform itself is poorly designed, confusing, and not user-friendly. When calling, you get the same staff member who is often dry, sarcastic, and unhelpful, regularly telling you to use the online portal instead of actually helping with your concern. As for the provider, Olubunmi Oladosu, she is consistently late to appointments and visibly frustrated by technical issues, problems that are completely normal in telehealth. Sometimes, she doesn't show up at all, and getting a refund for missed sessions is unnecessarily complicated and stressful. During sessions, she asks about your concerns, but her attention clearly seems elsewhere. At the same time, she is rigid and insistent about her methods, refusing to accommodate reasonable patient preferences. She expects appointments every three months for over a year, which felt unnecessary and like a cash grab. She repeatedly pushed anxiety medications despite me clearly stating I wanted to avoid anything potentially addictive. When I returned after six months off medication, she acted as if she had never met me and refused, in a rude manner, to provide a doctor's note for a medical accommodation at my job. The combination of inattentiveness, pushy behavior, and disregard for patient needs makes her practice extremely unprofessional. Frankly, she should consider a different line of work. Sitting in your living room and slapping a white coat over pajamas does not make you qualified for this type of job, and it shows in every interaction. In short: missed appointments, rude staff, lack of patient-centered care, pushy medications, and rigid, inattentive sessions make this practice unworthy of anyone's time or trust. I'm not going to rave that Dr Oladosa is perfect. She is human just like the rest of us. She runs (10 minutes tops) late *sometimes is always quick to apologize about said wait time. (My last dr it was expected to be 30-45 late even w/ Telehealth). She however has relieved me from so much of what I experience with my mental illness. Not cured but I am finally stable for the most part. She did a full history intake of my past meds & diagnosis. Asked about what i experience with said diagnosis. She's engaged & taking notes you can tell that she cares about her patients. Remembers what you spoke about a month ago even if it's not diagnosis related. Even if she wrote it down it means she cares enough to do that. And what took me years of battling and SO much money with other drs took her only a few months to find the perfect medication for my particular diagnosis. There are quite a few negative reviews on here about her & I myself have not shared those negative experiences & am very grateful I didn't let them deter me from giving her a try bc it's worked out very well for me mentally & financially (as self pay). 10/10 would recommend read more

Ive been going here for about a year and while I was able to get my medications fixed and mentally I was doing really good I can't get them to return mine or my pharmacy's call to get my medication refilled. I sent out a request to my pharmacy 3 weeks before I was empty as well as I have called them at least 3x and no one will return my calls. I tried to go on the website to see if their number changed or it they are on break and the website is now showing as it is not private as of the last 17 days and I cannot proceed. I am getting terrible brain zaps to the point my head is just screaming at me and I can't anything because it's making me so nauseas. I don't have insurance and had a medical emergency happen over the weekend so I can't afford to pay the consult fee for a new doctor. I'm at a loss, if they are still in business and you can get them to return your call it's a good office, would have given 5 stars but I was never aware of them closing or going on a break and not having anyone to respond and care for patient needs they will get a 3 star. They never told me if I needed a follow up to get my medication refilled so I assumed they would give me a call or set that appointment up before finishing my last appointment so I wouldn't go a period without medication. They have made me feel that my mental health really isn't important since I can't get a phone call or email or anything back from them. read more

She was 10 minutes late to our online meeting and did not even apologize, she did not look at me at all the entire appointment and I felt as though I was being judged for everything I said. She did not ask any questions to even be able to properly diagnose me and just went ahead and prescribed me meds anyway. Not personable at all! read more

I've had good experiences with the main psychiatrist at Zenith. I did have an issue with the sub psychiatrist not prescribing proper amount of medication while the other was on vacation, but the issue was resolved immediately once I reached out to complain to my regular psych~ on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated and unexpected. I was at zenith for about a year. My first psychiatrist, agnes, was an absolute angel. I felt that she truly cared about her patients, and wanted to see them excel. However, a month ago, Zenith switched my provider without consulting me. Come to find out, my original provider had left the practice; Zenith just didn't feel it was necessary to tell me. My new provider could best be described as a word that rhymes with bunt. When I confided in her about problems I was having, her response was to take me off of some of my much needed prescriptions. When she asked me to schedule a follow up appointment, I was too nervous to say no, so I just made an appointment, with the full intention of canceling. However, I am busy (like most people), so it slipped my mind. Then, I get a text message reminding me of my appointment. This text message was sent five minutes after the 24 hour mark. Meaning, if I were to cancel, I would have to pay Zenith's $90 cancellation policy. I'm guessing they were hoping people wouldn't catch on to this. However, this crass, unethical, business tactic is so painstakingly obvious. Zenith could be the last practice on the planet, and I still would not return. Please be aware, and find literally anywhere else. read more

Extremely unprofessional. She missed an appointment then blamed it on me even though I have a screenshot of her not joining the call for 15 minutes before I left. She refused to fill my prescription because I hadn't seen her that month due to her missing the appointment. I've now been 2 days without medication after contacting her office multiple times telling them that I have NO medicine and need a refill and they said they wouldn't refill until my appointment. Invalidated my emotions regarding a very Traumatic experience. Pretty evident she is only a doctor because she was probably culturally pressured into becoming one and this was probably a less difficult academic route for her. 0/10. Do not recommend. read more

Extremely unprofessional. After almost 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I called to ensure my appointment was still on. I was told by the very nice receptionist that she would message my doctor. Ten minutes later, I get a call back asking me if I wanted to reschedule, not even told why the doctor couldn't show up. Things happened, I understand if the doctor became busy. But it is extremely unprofessional not to tell your patient till after the appointment is nearly over. I would not go here. read more

It felt like she already had an opinion about what I was experiencing just based off the fact that I have children. She was not empathetic or even a good listener for that matter. I have never felt more unheard and disregarded by a mental health professional than by Dr. Olubunmi Oladosu and her receptionist. ​During our sessions, she seemed distant and barely asked about my symptoms. Her receptionist seems determined to get off of the phone with patients as quick as possible, has hung up on me multiple times with little to no explanation, and when I had to explain something to her multiple times, she described my voice as "robotic". ​ After a few sessions, I needed Dr.O to ​fill out my paperwork so that I could receive disability accommodations. I sent them to her via the patient portal during our sessions as requested and she didn't bother to look at them until I had to remind her of them weeks later. ​I then had to practically ​hold her hand while she filled it out, which she did incorrectly which might cost me my job. Do not go to this doctor unless you want to feel like absolute garbage afterwards. read more
