I had a rough weekend, which resulted in catching a cold and feeling under the weather. I had a…read morefriend tell me about ReGenesis MD here in San Antonio, TX. The staff could not be any more friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and refreshing. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. I explained my symptoms and they knew exactly what I needed. They put me on a very comfortable high-end medical table and ran an IV and hit the recline button : ) Shortly afterwards I began to regain my strength and energy and feel a lot better. I highly recommend this clinic here in San Antonio.

The most unprofessional, egomaniacal "doctors" office I have ever been to…read more My accident, prior doctors, 3/4 MRIs, and PI lawyer are all in Colorado. I recently moved to Texas and was referred to Integrity Pain Management for my lower back pain and to get an MRI on my knee. Despite the equipment being in San Antonio, I was told Dr. Latch would not preform PRP at the that location, and he only does it at his other office in Colorado. That's wasn't a problem so I booked travel to Colorado. The San Antonio office said they would send my lower back reports to Dr. Latch to review and decide if I was a good candidate and that he would give me a call. Meanwhile, I was to get my knee MRIed and have it reviewed by Dr. Latch. I never received a call from them and had a hard time reaching them for about two weeks. When I finally did get through, I was told Dr. Latch would not preform PRP on my back but had no issue doing it in my knee which I had learned had a tear in the meniscus. I called the Colorado location to get it the appointment set up and was told it was for treatment on Jan. 27th. On Jan 24th, I few from San Antonio to Denver. On January 25th, I received a call from the San Antonio business telling me the appointment in CO had been canceled. After a long time on the phone, they danced around some beautifully crafted lies as to why they could no longer see me. Reason 1: at the age of 22, I was too young Reason 2: there was no funding from my Colorado-based PI attorney. I offered to pay out of pocket. Reason 3: after close to two months, the doctor hadn't seen any of my MRIs. Reason 4: after the doctor saw the MRI, I was apparently supposed to have a follow-up for what treatments I can/want/should do. I never spoke to him, saw him or had this appointment scheduled. Reason 5: The legal agreement was reached with the Texas business, not this one in Colorado. Apparently the two offices don't work with each other except that they make calls for each other, transfer and work at each other's locations, have an instant online chat together, communicate in other ways, share the same doctor, use the same new patient paperwork, and the SA location canceled my appointment in Colorado. Reason 6: I needed to try other things first like chiropractic or steroid injections. Both of which I had already done before my very first visit with them in SA. A simple apology for their major screw up would have been sufficient; however, they love to argue and continued to lie about what had been said and done. The front desk lady and Rachel are condescending and don't want to deal with their mistake. In the front desk lady's own words, "above my pay grade." You wasted two months of my time, a flight back here to Colorado, a piece of my sanity, and increased my suffering. You are incompetent, rude, and I can't imagine that you'll be in business much longer. Dr. Latch hides behind his front desk employees and doesn't have the balls to own up to his businesses mistakes.

I am very pleased at the care I have received here after changing doctors! As a psych nurse myself…read moreI know good care because I give good care and the care I have received has been practical, non- judgmental and very compassionate. NP Oladosu makes sure to do a complete intake of your history with a series of questions only served to provide the best care while looking at an overall view of your symptoms. She treats all ages and multiple psychiatric disorders including mood, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia and many more. I appreciate that the visits are via telehealth during these times which makes it convenient to be in the comfort of your own home. The cost of care is affordable and they accept insurance as well as self pay. Great service!

I strongly caution anyone considering Olubunmi Oladosu as a psychiatrist. My experience was…read moreextremely disappointing, and there are multiple serious red flags for anyone seeking competent, patient-centered care. The telehealth platform itself is poorly designed, confusing, and not user-friendly. When calling, you get the same staff member who is often dry, sarcastic, and unhelpful, regularly telling you to use the online portal instead of actually helping with your concern. As for the provider, Olubunmi Oladosu, she is consistently late to appointments and visibly frustrated by technical issues, problems that are completely normal in telehealth. Sometimes, she doesn't show up at all, and getting a refund for missed sessions is unnecessarily complicated and stressful. During sessions, she asks about your concerns, but her attention clearly seems elsewhere. At the same time, she is rigid and insistent about her methods, refusing to accommodate reasonable patient preferences. She expects appointments every three months for over a year, which felt unnecessary and like a cash grab. She repeatedly pushed anxiety medications despite me clearly stating I wanted to avoid anything potentially addictive. When I returned after six months off medication, she acted as if she had never met me and refused, in a rude manner, to provide a doctor's note for a medical accommodation at my job. The combination of inattentiveness, pushy behavior, and disregard for patient needs makes her practice extremely unprofessional. Frankly, she should consider a different line of work. Sitting in your living room and slapping a white coat over pajamas does not make you qualified for this type of job, and it shows in every interaction. In short: missed appointments, rude staff, lack of patient-centered care, pushy medications, and rigid, inattentive sessions make this practice unworthy of anyone's time or trust. I would not recommend this provider or the telehealth platform to anyone seeking serious psychiatric care.
