In 6 sessions, it changed my life. That droning "baseline" anxiety I would always feel is gone, my outlook on life dramatically improved, and I no longer feel irritable. Most ketamine clinics just give you some ketamine and send you on your way (check the therapeutic ketamine subreddit and see what others do). Transcend is unique in that you are talking with a psychotherapist during the entire infusion, which is much more therapeutic than ketamine, alone. Then there's Will. He's the head nurse on staff at Transcend. He goes out of his way to make sure you are getting the most out of your therapy.
