She truly cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable. When other doctors fail you can turn to doctor Moore. I highly recommend her. She also listens to her patients and makes sure that you are taken care of. She takes the time to explain the medications and how they work. She keeps me involved in my care. I wish I could give her 10 stars if I could.

Doesn't…read morejust prescribe and go- he wants to hear how things are, why you're feeling the way you are and what you can do to maybe help change things. The one thing I do not like is they do not accept insurance. You pay out of pocket, and unfortunately my insurance only puts it towards my out of pocket (gotta love American healthcare). Besides this super pricey visit 2x a year, it helps. Unfortunately not everyone has the means, but I do love Dr Burns.

Batenburg had been recommended to me and I waited to get my child in to see her for three months…read more As a result of our second visit, she called CPS to report me as a neglectful parent. Batenburg has had my child on her schedule for 5 months without even reaching out to my child's therapist of three years to gain background information. Completely unprepared and unprofessional. She took information that I volunteered to her and used it against me, as well as readily taking my $700 for those initial two visits. I am a single mother dealing with a child with serious trauma for three years. I have gotten her the absolute best help I knew to get with professionals helping me make the hard decisions. This woman took maybe 20 minutes total in these two sessions to talk with me about my child. Her job is to gather as much information and history from the other professionals working with our children, then make educated decisions and recommendations for care. Batenburg has had no time, and taken no measures to truly understand the depth of our situation and when she said, "I think I will have to file with CPS for neglect", I was dumbfounded. She then quickly ushered my child and I out of her office. This is the first Google review I have ever left but I want to share this information with any other parents who have been in the trenches with a child, trying their best to keep that child alive. Batenburg is not the psychiatrist to trust. I cannot begin to express the extent of my feelings of frustration and betrayal. Is there a credible child psychiatrist in Central TX???

He gave me a diagnosis that I had never been told before and prescribed a new medicine for me. The reason why this review is 4 stars honestly is because of the clinic that i see him at. The staff can be quite unreliable in regards to paperwork and keeping up with appointments. It took a whole month before i was able to get my medicine due to something as simple as the dude at the desk to fax a form. Its crazy considering of how small it is and the even smaller amount of patients. To make it worse, there are no nurses to handle paperwork so that job falls squarely on the reception staff or in my case, the doctor himself. Dr. Reveron has changed my life for the better. That i can admit. The new medicine that he prescribed worked immediately and i have seen an immense change.

If I could give zero stars to this doctor I would. Dr. Caroline Hernandez is a completely…read moreunknowlegable doctor and passes judgement on patients in her notes. My first appointment, she was very transactional and very I interested and distant. Only taking to her laptop and barely looking up from her computer sounding like a robot and not personable one bit. That appointment lasted all about 15 minutes and she in that 15 minutes already determined that She will take me off of 2 medications I have been on and one that I have used occasionally and safely for many years without question. In between appointments, I had called for a refill on prescription and was called back and told the doctor will be taking me off the medication and will no longer be filling. My 3 month follow up was just as upsetting and disappointed. I questioned the doctor why I had such a message of she was not going to refill a prescription and she did not have a valid andswer besides it's addictive and blah blah. I was on the lowest dosage and never over requested for refills. Sometimes going months between. Was told I need to see a psychiatrist and made the referral. Later, I was reviewing my medical records for another procedure I was having, I discovered this Doctor noted in my records that I had a dependency and addiction to the medication all off of a 15 minute conversation. When discussing this with the psychiatrist she referred the psychiatrist she referred said the previous doctor couldn't be more incorrect and she sees absolutely NO SIGNS of dependency and said that the doctor can update her records and if she needs to talk to her to reach out. I sent a message to the doctor via her patient portal and asked her to correct her records because I do not want dependency or addiction accusations following me for the future and the doctor refuses to make corrections and came up with some bullshit reasons why it's not as bad as it seems. Dr. Hernandez needs to educate herself more on treating her patients and improve her bedside manner. I will never go back to this clinic. She did no kind of treatments or attempts to help her patient but just passed judgement and refusing treatments that works for the patient in the past.

Great practice if you never need to be seen! Worst experience ever! Skip this one, save your time. Never gets back to you. Made my first appointment in August 2016 after moving to the area for a basic woman's well check. At appointment gave my medical history and explained my needs to the examining RN. Was advised to schedule the Pap, mammogram and blood work. That appointment was not communicated, showed up and Dr didn't know why I was there. I was sent to get the mammogram and blood work outside of the practice and was rescheduled for the pap. I got all my exams done and scheduled my appointment for the pap. Was called a day before appointment and was told I needed to reschedule that the Dr. Would not be in. Ok rescheduled, at this point I'm frustrated it's nothing big getting this done but it's has taken months at this point. Go in for 4th appointment and am told that they tried to call to reschedule yet again that the Dr wasn't in. 5th appointment just a week later and I'm not on the books. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm finally seen only took 6 months to have a normal pap done. Trying to get a simple Rx refilled is pulling teeth. Hardest practice to work with. You will have to be assertive and be demanding for the simplest things. Thank god I'm healthy.
