This caused unnecessary delays in my medical care and a lot of frustration. The worst part of my experience was dealing with the office manager, Yvette Aros. Her attitude was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment and waited almost TWO HOURS. When I asked about the long wait, her response was simply, "Well, you can come back another day." I live about an hour away from this office. Coming to an appointment means driving an hour each way, arranging my schedule, and spending additional time waiting at the office. Telling a patient to simply come back another day after they already waited almost two hours for a scheduled appointment shows very little consideration for the patient's time. I understand that medical offices can get busy and unexpected delays happen. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude when a patient asks for help. On top of that, failing to submit important medical orders to the insurance company caused even more delays. The doctors themselves are fine, but the office management and staff seriously need to improve their organization, communication, and customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are already dealing with medical issues.
