He even stays late to accommodate you. Renée, the massage therapist, is also excellent , very skilled and therapeutic. I always leave feeling significantly better. I have to schedule with her if u want a good massage The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to ongoing communication issues at the front desk. It can be very difficult to get someone to answer the phone, and when calls are answered, the interactions are rushed. The front desk staff never greets or smiles . There have also been occasions where I was told I would receive a callback to confirm whether the an appt was available but I never received one. I always have to keep calling I genuinely value Dr. Soria and Renée's care, and I hope the office can improve front desk service because the treatment itself is excellent. With stronger administrative support, this practice would easily be 5 stars.

I came to Yelp to see if I was crazy for thinking that I was experiencing extremely poor customer…read moreservice at this location. Nope, I was not wrong or crazy. They already had a one star and I know why! I thought it was just me, when calling their main contact number to get support or rescheduling scheduling, but my experience has been for the last three months coming to this facility, that they rarely answer the phone and if they do answer the phone, there is a woman of Asian descent that is very rude hardly ever really listens to what you're saying ...you have to repeat yourself multiple times and she is extremely unclear about anything that she shares. She almost makes you feel as if you're wrong and annoying her for calling there and asking for help! one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a "healthcare facility". If you're not forced to go here by your primary care doctor, please save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and stress of coming to a place that really doesn't care about your health. They're here for the money.

For more than seven years, I lived with persistent lower back pain caused by deterioration in my L4…read moreand L5 discs. As an active 37‑year‑old mom of two, even the simplest daily tasks became painful, and during flare‑ups the pain was unbearable. I was often told that surgery wasn't an option for someone my age. I repeatedly heard that bulging or deteriorating discs were "common" and should simply be managed with medication or injections. But after learning about a friend's wife who had a successful procedure at Advanced Spine Care, I realized I didn't have to keep living this way. I reached out to Dr. Verma, and after several consultations, I finally felt confident moving forward. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The surgery center, nursing staff, and fellow surgeons made me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. I was up and walking the same night as my surgery, and each day brought noticeable improvement. My incision was small and healed beautifully thanks to Dr. Rao. Before long, I was back at the gym, walking on the treadmill, using the stair master, and taking Pilates classes. Now, four months post‑surgery, I continue to increase my activity level and feel stronger every day. Had I known how life‑changing this procedure would be, I would have done it years ago. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Verma and his incredible team for giving me back pain‑free days and the ability to fully enjoy my life again.

I had a successful left hip replacement 2.5 years ago by another surgeon who used a more universal posterior approach with MAKO robotic assist, so I have a good point of comparison. Dr. Wassef uses the DSA (Direct Superior Approach) with MAKO robotic assist which is currently a less common method due to the specific training and technique required to do this approach (google DSA to see differences). In simple terms i have been blown away at how minimally invasive this approach seems to be. Without a doubt, to date, this technique has been less painful than my previous hip. I am so impressed at how quickly I was walking normally without a walker or cane and without any limp. At 2 weeks in I am in PT doing exercises that i could not get to many many weeks beyond the 2 week point with my previous hip. Incision is quite small as well but i am not a "meaty" guy so not sure what allowed me to have such a small incision. Lastly I have NO problem taking narcotic pain meds like oxycodone! I'm not an abuser but definitely a willing user if need be. After this surgery I had real trouble justifying much of any use of the Oxy prescribed. I easily survived on two 500 mg tabs of Tylenol 2x's a day once in AM and once before bed. Thanks Doc.
