After sending him the information he called back because he gave me a price any only thought I wanted install, and sounded upset. He then said there was no way to create the neon because it was too small for that detail and I have obviously never made a neon before and have no idea what i'm talking about...all before I could say anything to him over the phone...Ill be sure to take my business to vendors who can speak to clients in a respectful.
