If I could do 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for over a year and the service is always awful, but cheap so you can't expect much. Today was by far the worst experience I had. Aside from the staff using disgustingly dirty tools that aren't replaced or cleaned between guests, I walked in today and sat there for 30 mins before someone started. That's to be expected because most people are walk ins. Well today, after I sat there and after the last started on my nails, she only put down the acrylic tips and left them super long while she went and did multiple people's full pedicures while I sat there for another 15 minutes before I've had enough and left money on the table and ripped off the acrylics outside this shithole bullshit establishment. I went here on the advice of a good friend. Her nails turned out beautiful! However mine on the other hand did not. I wants a simple full set. Almond shape with black tips. I'll attach pictures for what I received. The black doesn't even connect to both sides of my nails. Most of the lines aren't crisp. While getting my nails the person so started my set left after he filled 6 nails. I had to wait 25 minutes for someone else to come finish. Maybe because they were super busy they bounce around. Not so upset about that, but still keep that in mind. Keep in mind you do get a discount if you leave them a 5 star review so keep that in mind. read more

I really wish I could do a negative rating or even two separate rating a 1 star for the quality of service and a negative for customer safety. I noticed an older man getting a pedicure taking pictures of people on his phone. I notified the staff as soon as I noticed and they informed me that he was a paying customer. Basically they didn't care. I wasn't getting anything done just sitting in the waiting area while my MINOR child was getting her nails done, since he was in the first chair it was blatantly obvious from the angle I was sitting at. As for my girls nails they're sloppy. The designs she wanted are super messy no clean lines at all. The nails are all different lengths and apparently the person putting the tips on nipped one of the sides and instead of correcting her mistake and replacing the tip she messed up she ignored it. We did not notice it until it was too late otherwise I would have made sure it was corrected. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN read more

Stopped in for a polish change on my toes, then decided to get a quick pedicure. Pros: They were friendly and they had the exact OPI color I was looking for. Cons: They put me in a seat where functions didn't work, moved me. Both times I kept saying water was WAY too hot. Seems to have gone unheard. Next Con: The lady kept messing up the polish on my toes. Something was in the polish once that she acted like she couldn't see. She ended up (after trying to remove it several times and completely destroying the polish) re-polished it. She then had a fingerprinting the other big toe, that I had to tell her about, so she redid that one. I attempted to finally get the random polish from around my own toes since AGAIN she acted as if she didn't see it. Mind you, there was white polish around at least 4 of my toes! Very noticeable. Finally I just gave up. Ended up paying for a horrible job (and tipping!) only to arrive home with white polish still around several toes and one big toe with a thick stripe of polish right down the middle and shear polish around it. Again, very noticeable. I honestly feel they deserve 1.5 stars, because again they were friendly and did have a large variety of polish colors. But, there is nothing worst than paying for your nails, and to leave realizing you were better off when you went in, than when you left. I would not recommend them. read more

It's the owner's severe lack of business acumen and horrible service mentality as the reason for a negative review. Kathy does a great gel manicure, and Kim does a nice job on gel pedicures. I've been here many times and always make my appointments in advance for same time mani/pedi, at least a day ahead. My appointment was at 9 AM. Kim started on my pedicure right away. Kathy was not there. Thirty minutes go by, and I ask, "Where's Kathy?" One of the employees answered that she had called her but nothing more. Around 9:45 the owner arrives, and I relay to her that I had an appointment with Kathy for my manicure at 9 AM and was wondering what was going on. Is Kathy coming, or is there any update? Owner says that Kathy had an emergency, but she's on her way. The emergency was that Kathy's father or father-in-law had died. Now at this point, I'm wondering why would you even come into work if your father had died, but I remained understanding. About 10 minutes later, Kathy walks in and starts on my manicure. Meanwhile, Kim has been doing a great job on my pedicure and is about to start painting my toenails. The owner then pulls Kim from painting my toe nails and sends her to another customer to start their pedicure and says that Kathy is going to finish up. The owner has the nerve to tell me that Kim paints too slow and that Kathy can paint much faster. Kathy was in the process of removing my gel polish and hadn't even started the manicure part. It's almost 10:30 now, I'm furious. I confront the owner and ask why she sent Kim away. The owner tries to use the father's death excuse too as the reason for sending Kim away. There's no reason to send Kim away. She paints toe nails just fine, and there isn't any problem with the speed at which she paints. Too many of these types of businesses have no concept of doing something to accommodate your customer when the business messes up. No discount, no consideration at all for the customer, and many of these nail salons are notorious for confirming appointments with a customer and then also tending to a walk-in at the same time, which is wrong. If you're not going to honor your booked appointments with customers, then don't take them. That's why one makes an appointment in the first place to have the nail service efficiently and without wait. They ultimately sent Kim back to finish painting my toenails but only after I raised my voice and called the owner on what she had done in front of all the other customers present. I was always an excellent customer and an extremely generous tipper, 25% on services but they've lost me now. read more

I went to get my nails done on Sunday...it is now Tuesday and my nails are already lifting. I would have let the nails go but I also got a pedicure when I went and now my toe is infected. When I went there to speak to the manager she laughed in my face, talked horribly about me right in front of me and told me it was because of "grow out". I told the manager (which was the one who did my nails) that in two days it's not because of grow out...this is because she rushed doing my nails. She just kept laughing at me and told me I shouldn't want a refund and that I got what I paid for. I'm highly disappointed with how I was treated when I went int there to speak to her. She saw my toe and immediately knew that happened there and started to try and touch it. I told her to please not touch me because now I have to go to the dr and would like a refund. This place does look clean, but the customer service is horrible and they will just laugh in your face and tell you they are going to take a picture of you so they know to never service you again when you are not happy with what you paid for. I also had to prove to her how much I paid for my services because she tried to tell me she charged me much lower for my nails than I paid for. Absolutely 100% the absolute worst experience of my life I had a manicure which I did not have painted or anything once they had me wash my hands I simply stated I no longer wanted to continue with the service but would be more than happy to pay. They charged me in full. They purposely used the file up and down on my nails, it felt like my nail beds were burning after cut my cuticles when I pointed out the way she was filing my nails was not right and it hurt and at my age I had never seen that done nor had it done to myself so she then super glued my real nail to my finger bed and told me "she fixed my nail". I expressed to her that having been trained and licensed myself and a marvelous school that in fact the tools need to be cleaned in between individuals the dust of the other peoples cuticles and nails need to be cleaned off she asked me why I wanted to stop the service which I did in fact whisper nicely to her as to not embarrass my 14-year-old daughter. I was then called ruthless and mean and asked why am I so mean I then pointed out no I'm not mean there's just toenails and fingernails everywhere, it was pure filth so then I paid a lot for nothing.
