If you are closed on Sundays, black out those days on your online scheduling platform. The onus shouldn't be on the customer to cross-reference your business hours when making an appointment only to show up and see that this place isn't managed effectively. Issue 2: Once I came in to get 2 nails fixed on my dip powder mani I'd had done a week ago (so lots of time to go before needing a new mani.) I sat in a chair and a woman set out a bowl of remover, took my hands and dunked the fingertips into the remover. I said, I was only getting 2 fixed. She smiled and said, Oh it's too late now! She proceeded to remove all of the polish and then put TAP gel on the nails saying, It's better! It's healthier! I guess coming here after working all day completely knocked down my defenses because at that point I had a sunk cost fallacy and didn't want to walk out at 7:00 pm with janky looking nails and no way to fix them myself, so I just sat there and let it happen. They took advantage and it felt rotten. Never coming here again.
