The service is unmatched anywhere, the staff is courteous. My tech is Vivian and I could write for miles the professionalism and I enjoy her sense of humor, but I always get in and out. My nails have never looked so awesome. I get compliment's constantly. Never disappoints . She is a true artist . Also the pedicures is the best around . I promise you won't be disappointed. Wife is a fan of this place. It's spacious and the business is a well-oiled machine. They staff is extremely efficient, almost suspiciously so. (In the best of ways) Regular spa pedi and regular mani (with quick dry added on) cost about $60, which I think is reasonable given the location/area. Very clean and pleasant. This is a 2-3 star nail salon. Ive been giving them chances for years, you have to cross your fingers and hope you get a good nail tech. Ive gotten not so great pedicures and acrylic full sets a few times. Most recently yesterday. My nails just don't look great! Everyone wants top quality nails when patronizing a nail spa, you have to find a good tech here and stick with them.. i did express that i felt like my nails looked bumpy and not smooth, the techs solution was more polish, 4 coats of color 2 coats of clear, 6 coats of polish total on top if chunky acrylic nails... i expressed that they were not great, the tech did not want to re smooth and correct. Tackiest nail service I have gotten!! My nail tech was so rude to me. She tries to rush me when I was trying to find a different design when she messed up and couldn't do the first one. She promised that she could do it; I told her if she couldn't tell me now and I will just get a solid color no biggie. So when she couldn't do the simple design that she promised after we finished the base dip I was simply looking for another design (with no help from her. She would just stare at me and say" I don't know. What do you want" when I asked for suggestions or if she could successfully do a design.). But once her coworker asked a question she threw up her hands twice and pointed at me and basically said I was taking too long. And she was trying to rush me when SHE messed up in the first place. Then I anxiously talked myself into a design that I thought would be simple enough for her to do. And she messed that up. Finally got another day off and tried to go back for them to fix it. The guy at the front desk was just as rude. I'm uncomfortable there now from being rushed and pointed at and he won't give me a refund. So I said okay just go with my original fix of just a full basic color and refund me for the design. He would only half listen to my story because he heard the word "refund". They don't give a crap bout customer service or you getting what you paid for. Never trust them with a design idea they just want to charge you the extra money and draw like a 10 year old. overall good place. they're clean and professional. they well with nail appointments but cancel most times with massage appointments. they did offer to compensate for the last couple's massage appoint for my anniversary but when we tried to schedule they said we waited too long to reschedule :/ They're the only place I will bring my little girl. they are super sweet to her and she feels special every time she come. she always leaves with a smile on her face and that's the reason I'm loyal to them. I'm new to Hammond and got my first pedicure/full acrylic set since I moved here. I decided on Bellagio based on their nail photos on their Instagram and I made the right choice! I got a honey milk pedicure and an ombré acrylic set both done by Eric. My feet feel amazing and my polish looks wonderful. My nails are perfect too! I hate to give anyone a bad review, but I was quite disappointed with this place. I went for a massage and facial. I've had a lot of massages and this was the worst one that I have ever had. I'm not sure if it was inexperience or just not wanting to be there. The young lady was even yawning loudly while doing the massage. The facial would have been ok if the lady had not been making comments like, "Oh my God, uugghh," among other things. I had a 60 min facial scheduled but I only got 45 min because she said my massage ran over. She did cut the price 15 bucks. I took my daughter (age 4) to get a manicure and pedicure. She was so excited. I was hesitate because they have been terrible with wait times, but since they were the only place open on Sun when I was available I figured I'd give them another time. BIG MISTAKE! We got there at 4:30. At 5:30 I checked with the front desk. She said there was 3 people in line before us. Ok, we continued to wait. THEN - every single person in place was taken in before us. When I asked again at 6:30 why - the receptionist didn't get an explanation why my daughter was skipped just "oh, she will be next". OH NO SHE WON'T! i went in to get a fill for acrylics & they sat me down with an older man. the color i chose happened to be gel & he didn't tell me & i didn't know until he started curing it. i didn't say anything as i had been contemplating getting gel anyway since it's supposed to last longer & it looks better. he also didn't use a base coat but (unfortunately) i gave him the benefit of the doubt & let him continue. the price came out to be about $40-$45 before tip (yes i tipped, i'm too nice lol).... most places charge about $30 for an acrylic fill with gel. not only that but the color started peeling after about 3 days. i've never really had problems with this salon before but i won't be going back read more

There was polish on their skin and they left it globby all over. $12 each just for polish- it should at least look clean. I confirmed with the lady over the phone that my appointment was on Wednesday at 2:45... Mrs. Richardson spoke with me at 5:15pm and told me someone else she was helping wanted a pedicure and I would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes, basically meaning I would wait until 5:45pm-5:54pm. I went today to get my nails painted and a pedicure since my graduation is this coming Friday. During the pedicure, I told the lady 2 times that the water was freezing cold and she did nothing about it. When we were painting my nails, she asked me twice if i wanted to cut them down, both time i said no i just want them filed and shaped. She cut my ring finger nail, after I said not to cut them. They conveniently located in the Hammond Square shopping center, so they're close to Dillard's, JCPenny, the movies, and restaurants like Olive Garden and Albasha. So perfect for a lunch/spa day! The equipment is new and up-to-date, and they have a great selection of colors. My favorite amenity at Bellagio is the pedicure chairs! Sorry, but if could give zero stars for the Brazilian waxing, I would. I waited until the last minute before my trip to find a waxing salon. I stumbled across Bellagio and thought I'd give it a try b/c it was a really nice place. I paid $65 for the WORST waxing experience of my life! It was the most painful Brazilian wax ever. They still use waxing strips :-/ The young lady waxed each part of my lotus flower at least three times :-( Then, I was left to clean up myself. Trust me. It's no fun trying to unstick your butt cheeks b/c they're glued together with wax. That was a first and eventful adventure. To top it all off, I left with my skin very sensitive & not completely waxed. Bad decision. On the other hand, they have good customer service & the facilities are nice. Had three appointments here, the stylist was 30 minutes late for me, her first appointment the first two times. The third appointment she did not show up for work. I was going on vacation, and no stylist there could do my appointment. They all acted as if it was no big deal, I just needed to reschedule. Won't give the hair salon any stars. I asked if they could dye my hair gray....she said she could. She bleaches my hair and keeps adding toners. When she finished, I had a little gray and lots of platnuim blonde with a brassy look in the back. Three days layer I wash my hair and use a very good conditioner, my hair looks like scare crow hair...it's breaking off and all frizzy! I had to pay more money at another salon to get it fixed and ended up having to cut off 5 inches. I made a huge mistake going there. They use to have outstanding stylist...what happened???? This place is terrible. I was the first one there this morning and after getting my pedicure I was sent over to a guy to wait for my nails.. After hearing a string of his bad jokes that were not even close to being funny, and after having to wait another 35 minutes to start my nails, I realized there was a reason I never get my nails done here. My salon is H2K in Slidell and they are well worth the drive to have pretty nails and amazing customer service. Anyway back to the hell hole Bellagio, so one person told me the French ombré nail were 70.00, the next person added to that and told me 75.00 PLUS HE SAID THEY CHARGE 10.00 JUST TO SHAPE THEM!!
