So, my friend needed a last minute hair styling, without an appointment, and the store was closing early (because it was Fourth of July). My friend decided to elope with her fiancé and I was in charge of helping get everything in order. Hair was one thing top on the list before they left. Tyra was able to get my friend in and make her look beautiful! So thanks Tyra for helping to make me Maid of Honor of the year and making her a beautiful bride.

I have been a hairdresser who worked for John Jay, even Is His Assistant, for many years. I just…read moreneeded the very bottom of my hair cut, as I cut the rest of it. But I can't remove my head so I have to get someone else to do the length of the bob. They had me use a girl who absolutely should not be a hairdresser. She could not cut my hair. It was off over an inch and a half on one side longer. And when it's a Bob, it really shows. I asked her to cut more off and tried to show her how to check lengths. It was too long, but she said she had to go. I just called the salon and asked for somebody else to cut the bottom of my hair, and they said they would give me a discount and someone would do it for only $35 as long as I left with my hair wet. Which is what I was gonna do anyhow. You have to be kidding me!?! I just paid this other girl that same amount of money and gave her $10 tip because she is inept, and I felt bad for her. I figured she'll get fired soon. I have already paid. They used to be a great Salon, but apparently they're not anymore. And the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would never go there. I will show a friend and teach them how to cut the length of my hair before would go there again. And considering I used to teach with Jay's students too, I could teach a monkey how to cut hair. Don't go there.
