I visited this salon for the first time yesterday after my sister recommended it--she lived in…read moreMandeville a few years ago and had always spoken highly of it. Unfortunately, it seems the quality may have declined since then. While the nail design itself was what I requested, the application was not. My biggest concern is the amount of pain I'm experiencing. My fingers have been sore since the appointment, which has never happened to me after getting my nails done. The nails are also much thicker and bulkier than I prefer, and there is a significant amount of excess product underneath the nails. This not only affects the overall appearance but also reflects a lack of attention to detail and proper finishing techniques. I was really hoping for a better experience based on the salon's previous reputation, but unfortunately, I left disappointed

They gave a decent massage but I did start to feel pretty quickly they were getting more and more rushed. We ended up with a total pedicure that lasted 40 minutes. I had purchased the premium deluxe so I think it should have lasted a little longer. They didn't pay attention to detail on the toenails as much as I'd like. But I will say, my last pedicure I had gotten in Monroe was so terrible this one felt amazing. Lol so overall I think they did a good job and I would recommend, but my pet peeve when spending $70 on a pedicure, is if they don't take time and give attention to detail. I do understand wanting to go home but I did pay money and arrived an hour before closing. It was a clean environment.

My daughter is disappointed, she loves the full experience, I can simply paint her nails at home. Terrible. I told the man at checkout how disappointed we were, he said that it was a misunderstanding, he thought I said "color change" so that's what he told her. I don't know how you confuse the words "mani pedi" with "color change." The woman also did not attempt to make her feel comfortable at all, she was rude and cold, and I had to go get a pillow to put behind my daughter's back because the chair was too big for her. I said I would pay, so that we could get out of there, and even after all that the man LET me pay. A good business owner would not have let anyone have that experience and pay for it.
