I'm actually really disappointed in this business. First off, they advertise on Craigslist non stop as if they have every wheel and tire under the sun in stock. I found out that's definitely not the truth. I have been looking for a while now to buy outright a wheel and tire package and after doing some research, Zeke's seemed like the place to go. After about an hour drive I walk into this tiny FREEZING cold store being run by a bunch of young kids. Wasn't greeted until about 15 minutes of standing around, the place was so cold I almost had to leave I couldn't be in there any longer. Finally a young guy asks what I'm looking for, I inquire about a particular rim and he basically tells me they don't have it in stock..all they had in stock were 3 varieties that came in 17". Wtf is that? They claim they have some huge selection but they really don't. Also, he didn't even try to sell me on what he did have, nor did he try and show me what could be ordered. I felt like they didn't want my business for some reason? No one in there looked like they wanted to work or cared to make a sale. Their lose really, I had PLENTY of cash on me I had no limits. I ended up going somewhere else an hour later and dropped 2k cash money so..in the end it is what it is. And finally, they shouldn't have wheels all over the place randomly in aisles on the floor, I had to keep stepping over them to get to any "displays" they had. Its a tripping hazard and just looked bad. This place could have had potential but its ghetto and I would never give them business. read more

No questions asked, 5 stars, all the way! I have to doubt the motivations behind the people leaving low reviews. I knew the exact wheels and tires I wanted before I walked in the door and I had done my homework on pricing with some of the big, online suppliers. I was pleasantly surprised when my tire and wheel package, installed, was less than mounted wheels and tires coming from an online provider. Look, the place is far from fancy, but I'm not shopping for fancy. Mike, the owner, knows his stuff. He will talk you through choices and let you make up your own mind. When I arrived for my install, my tires were mounted and ready to go. After install Mike had me run them a couple miles before re-torquing. I have about 1200 miles on these since install with no issues at all. Do you want a great selection of wheels and tires at a fair price from a guy who knows what he's doing? Go see Mike at Zeke's and don't pay attention to the ridiculous one or two star reviews. read more

I would give them a zero if possible. Bought tires and rims the kids he had trying to put them on stripped my left front tires spacer so they couldn't get it off. Drove away with my new tires and rims in bed of my truck. Made an appointment at a real tire shop Sullivan tire. However they were busy and had to wait a week. I work from home so I rarely drive the truck far. Five days after I left Zeke's I was flagged down by another vehicle. He showed me a video of my truck from behind. The passengers side back tire was wobbling. I noticed I had two lug nuts left on that side and the last two were about to fall off which would have lost my huge truck tire. I checked the drivers back tire and all five lugs on that side were about to come off including the locked lug nut which needs a key to unlock. I spaced out my remaining 7 lug nuts on the two back tires and drove home. Called Mike the owner and told him about what had happened and his response was what do you want from me. I said first tell the two kids that loosened my tires to be more careful and if you damaged my truck I expect you to pay. My appointment at Sullivan was the next day they said the kids had messed up the first spacer so it had to be cut off and it took two hours of labor to get that spacer off. The other three came right off with the proper tools. Mike appears to be a nice guy but I had to get a real professional to finish the crappy work his team had done. I get mistakes happen but this could have cost myself or someone else real harm and Mike did not care one bit. read more

Purchased a set of Niche custom wheels for my Chrysler 300. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Wheels look great on my ride. This would have been a 5 star review, but I had to take my car to a Firestone dealer to have all 4 wheels re-balanced on my car. My 300 had a severe vibration at speeds over 60 MPH. This started right after getting the new wheels. The Tech at Firestone indicated that all 4 wheels were completely out of balance, and I could have ruined the tires in a very short amount of time. I could understand maybe 1 wheel being off, but all 4 needing re-balancing? $80.00 at Firestone, and everything is good now. read more

You've single handedly ruined my Craigslist experience for the last 3-4 years, or really as far back as I can remember. It's to the point that I have to scroll multiple times before I even see something closely related to what I was actually looking for. Your business model is dirt. Eight days after ordering a bed liner, I received a voice mail saying it was in. I called the next day, spoke with the man who had left the message and he said we could come the next day to get it. After an hour's drive, we arrived to hear there was no bed liner for us - they couldn't find the order slip, said we waited too long to pick it up, etc. All this from the same employee who took the order, who left the voice message and who confirmed our pick up date. Just gone down hill since I last used this shop just recent bought a set of wheel and tires there and was so disappointed with the customer service then ended up getting damaged Wheels due to poor mounting at their shop owner did not offer to do anything he could care less would rather just give me my money back then to fix the problem overall I would not recommend anyone to go there I normally use cheap tire direct and have had excellent luck with them on all 3 sets of tires and Wheels I purchase there but unfortunately they did not have these wheels there so ended up supporting my local shop but wish I did not... read more

Was recommended Zeke's, specifically 'Mike' the owner of the place by another Auto Custom shop for help with getting new wheels. the guy was super friendly on the phone and had me convinced that the hour drive would be worth it. When I got there however, totally different attitude, acted like we didn't just have a 15 minute conversation an hour ago, and I ended up spending close to 45 minutes there before leaving dissatisfied, did not get helped at all, and left more frustrated for wasting 3 hours on Zeke's. Terrible service!! My father ordered wheels and tires from them. They ordered the wrong ones as even with spacers they do not fit the truck properly and the truck shakes like crazy when drive. When approached about helping solve this issue , they refuse!! My father has purchased many wheels and tires from them and now they will be losing business. Would not recommend them at all. Businesses should be customer friendly and willing to work with you to resolve an issue. Absolutely unacceptable and will be spreading the word!! read more

WOW im suprised no reviews IM THE 1st...i drove an hour to get there as i been seeing so many ads of them on craigslist...i went to see how cheap or pricey they were and compare them to townfair tire...well let me tell ya these guys are very busy with phone calls and assisting other customers...but they are very friendly...i went to i told one of the guys i was looking for some nice and cheap wheel/tire package and for what they showed me i ended buying 17 verde V36B black with machined face lip for $743! at townfair tire one a little similiar to those are $799- $890 and they also request to have 4 wheel alingment and balancing for extra? come on now! my 4 star rating is because they are too far and should try to open up more shops! anyways im satisfied with these guys so go ahead and check them out. read more

These guys know wheels. I had to wait a little longer than I wanted because I special ordered but there is no one in the area that loves what they do more than them. I found it necessary to write this review after visiting Zeke's custom wheels. I was extremely impressed with the professional advice that I received from Mike. The selection was incredible, the prices were very competitive and the way that Mike gave me the time necessary to choose the right wheel and tire configuration that I needed gave me a good reason to do business with them. Even though they are quite busy he was able to handle 3 to 4 customers at the same time without any stress. The worst place to purchase rims!!! I purchased rims and tires from Zeke's . As soon as I left Zeke's after the institution of rims, and tires. My Bmw 335xi was shaking really bad. Called them told Mike (owner of Zeke's) he told me the car needed to have an alignment done . Anyone who knows about cars, should know that a car that needs an alignment. Will not cause shaking on the steering wheel, but he was very adamant about that . So I had in alignment done on my vehicle . My car was still shaking a great deal . So I went back to Zeke's. Mike then complained to me . Saying the alignment wasn't done properly . So I played along, and said where does he recommend I go. He gave me told me a place to go to. Had the alignment done again on the vehicle . Still the same problem. The story is longer then this, but don't want to waste anymore of my time. I'm telling you do not buy your rims from there. I tried to work with zeeks on some wheels and tires for my street rod and the we're no help at all. I tried to purchase a bf goodrich 270 60 15 to get some measurements for my wheel rite and they just blew me off stating that the tire was on backorder also they never call me to Stat the tire was back ordered , I had to call them several days later. My son and I have been building a Classic 1939 Chevrolet. The end of last summer we were at the point of needing help with picking sizes of wheels and tires. We looked to Zeke's and Mike Thibodeau (owner) for assistance. Mike sold me a set of chrome smoothie rims and National Renegade tires worth $940.00 (tires approx. $600) When we finally got the car on the road the steering wheel shook violently. I brought the car to the dealer that did the front end alignment. They charged me $40.00 to rebalance the tires. They found that two wheels were ridiculously out of balance. The technician was able to get the front tire close with more lead than he had ever used on a wheel before. The rear wheel was so bad, he couldn't get it to balance. After the adjustment it was a little better, but still bad. I went back to zeke's and Mike ordered a replacement rear tire. It was a little better, but still bad. I went back to Zeke's again and complained about the front tire. Mike said the front tires were discontinued and he would try and find one from another distributor. After several weeks of waiting, we found the front tires were manufactured in 2008 and considered expired (too old for use). With this new found information, my son contacted Zeke's and spoke to Mike. Mike seamed to have little issue that the tires were old and felt that the shake was not the tires at all. Mike and my son negotiated four new tires of a different manufacturer for $350.00. The new tires were mounted and balanced by Zeke's and completely resolved all the ride issues we were having, proving that the National tires were the problem. In the end, we had to pay more than 50% additional for tires that we could drive on. read more

Went to order rims from here as they have been around for quite sometime. Not the most helpful from the get go but figured give them a try. Mike the owner was not very personable and steered away from answering questions and pretty much just stated he's been doing this for years don't worry they will look good. Was asked several times as to the offset and the stance of the wheels and if they would sit where I wanted them and was told don't worry they will look good. took his word and ordered them. Was told they would be in the store in 3 days. 3 days came and went and phoned them at least once a day after the expected delivery date as they were needed for that weekend and kept receiving every excuse why they were not there. Was told they were not driving them to the store the trucking company was. when asked if they could check the status of the delivery was told they would and they never phoned back. this went on for over a week after the promised delivery date. Finally a week over due when I asked what the issue was I was told by Mike that the customers who usually call to check on there products somehow strangely wait the longest to receive them. "Arrogant" When ordered I was told it would cost $80 to mount the tires on the wheels. When asked why where the rims where purchased from them I was told if I bought the rims and tires from them they would have mounted them for free. When I ordered the rims I wanted a specific tire to be ordered with them and Mike never checked on nor ordered them so I had to order them else where. I decided to give in and was going to have them mount them and pay the fee. When the rims finally came in I asked about a time and date to do this and was told they could do it the following day and said they were just mounting the tires so it would not be a problem. I then told them I would be driving a long way to have this done and thought they were going to mount them on the vehicle as well as I was driving on a smaller size spare and didn't want to drive there for nothing. It was then I was informed that to mount them on the vehicle it would be an additional $100.00 as this was done by hand and it would take some time so they were not doing this for free. I then reminded them I bought and paid for the rims on day one and wanted to order tires from them which they failed to do and thought that mounting the rims on the vehicle would not cost an additional amount. Mike then responded with if you can get some one to do it for free that's what I should do. Needless to say the rims I bought from him were taken to Town Fair Tire and the tires were mounted, balanced and installed for free on the vehicle. Once this guy gets your money there is completely no service after the sale. read more
