4 new tires put on and the next day the car was shaking over 60mph. Brought back to them and they "fixed" them. That night, every emergency light came on. Well if you are looking for cheap quick service this is your place. If you want quality, stay away! If you understand anything about tires, cars etc. you'll get what I'm saying. You should avoid these guys at all costs. Everything they do is wrong, and potentially unsafe. Sure their price is great, but you get less than what you pay for in the long run. I went here to get a set of cheap tires for a car I'll be taking off the road and placing into storage for over a year. But What I saw them doing made my stomach cringe! 1. They only have 4040 tires machines; these are intended for use with steel rims ONLY! What happens when you use these with alloy, chrome, or aluminum rims do you ask? Well, they get scratched up is what happens. Terrible! If you are really careful you can get away with it, but these guys aren't careful. They are about getting you in and out down-and-dirty. 2. They don't balance your tires! When I asked about this, they said, "if you are going just down the road you'll be fine, you don't need to balance them". Really? Wow! You need to balance your tires when installing new or used ones. Without a proper balance you get terrible ride experience not to mention you'll actually reduce the life of the tire you just paid to have installed. Always, always, always balance your tires. 3. They only use an impact gun when securing your lugs. Bad, bad, bad idea! Cars are built with varying specs for a reason. If you tighten a lug down with an impact gun you are most likely over-tightening it which will cause you grief later down the road in the form of stressed and weakened bolts that could break off. Not to mention trying to get them off by hand if you are on the side of the road with a flat, will really make you angry. You really should just lightly cinch them down or better yet use a lesser torque stick, and then use a calibrated torque wrench to finalize the install. Simply a Recipe for disaster. Example: Final torque is 81 foot-pounds, use a torque stick rated for 70, then perform the final tightening with a torque wrench. An impact gun can and will routinely tighten your lugs to well over 100 foot-pounds. For some cars that fine, but for most it is not. If you have absolutely no choice and you can't afford anything else, then I would still walk instead of buying tires from these guys. They are hacks, and will only cause you grief down the road. Do not go here. Stay Away! read more

asked for 4 new tires guy gave me 4 different company tires. does not balance wheels so your car will shake around 60 mph. and 3 days later my back tire is flat. no coincidence. oh and he locked shop early with my car in the garage when I was on the way to pick it up and had to take time off work to come get it next day. read more

I go here all the time for my tires for over 4 years very cheap and good. Never a problem and if there ever was one i would go there and would be fixed you have a 15 day guarantee on the tires as stated on the receipt you are chancing your self with used tires and is up to you to choose to get them or not. I was a little hesitant to rate this 1 star because the guys there were very nice, however, after they put on the used tire on the Friday, it was already flat on the Saturday. So, I went back on the Monday and they said the air nozzle had a hole in it, but I asked them to at least swap the tire altogether - they insisted they knew what the problem was and would fix it. The guy who helped me "jokingly" said, "OK, we'll see you tomorrow." And, what do you know - the very next day (election day when I went to vote), my tire was flat AGAIN. I have been there more than a few times in the past 5 or 6 years and I can definitely say they serve a purpose. Great in an emergency situation or when you are dead broke. Basically it is what it is, you are not getting a new tire, it is used, fast and cheap. The guys there are very decent and their work is good. Don't expect to drive to California on one of their tires but will definitely get you out of a jam fast and cheap and a great quick fix. read more

I actually had intended to by two used tires, but the man there told me that one of mine was as good as he would put on so I bought just one. It carried a very limited time warranty of replacement...maybe 15 days...I really don't recall, but I was needed tires cheap and fast. Anyway....6 months later, and I need to replace it!
