Whenever you move house to a new area you have to find replacement establishments for everything,…read moregrocery store, dry cleaners, pizza shops, drug store etc, etc its a nightmare, but its even more of a nightmare, if, like me, you are a car nut. Lets be clear here, i love my car, and putting my car in the hands of an unfamiliar garage is like a pet lover boarding their beloved pet in a strange kennel, i'm not even kidding, i get that anxious. When the water pump on my car was on the way out i stopped in to see the guys here and talked to Tony in service. I felt a little more comfortable than usual as i drove in and noticed all the high end cars in the lot, Audi, BMW, Bentley, Mercedes, Range Rover, Jaguar and some classics that looked immaculate, but i digress, back to Tony. Super nice guy, we chatted a while and i told him i wanted a second opinion that it was in actual fact the water pump that needed replacing. I'd already been to the local garage where i used to live and they'd told me that's what it was, but i wanted a second opinion just to be sure. Tony came back with the confirmation and a little extra bad news, it needed replacing immediately, it was ready to bust out completely and the additional damage it could cause would be substantial. Tony gave me a quote that was very reasonable, i had spoken to the dealer where i bought the car several years ago earlier in the day and they had almost given me a coronary. But now i have to leave my baby in the hands of strangers without even having the chance to say goodbye to her (told you i loved her!) so a few sleepless nights were ahead. Couple of days later i get a call from Greg who i hadn't met, and at first i thought i was going to hear that i needed all kinds of replacement things and they wanted me to authorize the work and the new estimate was now double what i was told. I held my breath. "Its ready, come and pick it up before 7" I'm like, "really? that's it?" "Yep" said Greg, "see you soon" So i head down to pick up my baby, and got to meet Greg, hell of a nice guy and real pro, there was a little confusion in regard to the original estimate Tony gave me, who wasn't there today so we couldn't talk to him, not much money, but i brought it up with Greg who didn't even bat an eyelid and said "ok, if that's what we said, i'll adjust it down" WHAT! YOUR TAKING MY WORD? (by the way, i was being truthful) AWESOME!! I am so relived to have these guys so close to where i live, i'll be taking my baby here now for all future work and know she's in good hands and will only have the work done on her that she needs. Will be nice to get some sleep tonight now she's home......... P.S - If my wife reads this, i love you too honey.

I was amazed at the way Santiago talked to him, no pressure, explained the cars and showed him the differences. And, did I say there was no pressure? Once we sat down and looked at numbers, we were still a bit off. We left for the night. On the way home, we talked about how much we liked Santiago and I told my son how different he was from most car salesmen. He was not pushy, putting pressure on you, jumping to a more expensive car - he respected what you told him. The next day, a lot sooner than expected, Mastria Mazda and Santiago sold 2 cars -one to me and one to my son :) Santiago then spent a good hour sitting in the car with us, going over all the technology. He is a great guy & he is going to get a lot of recommendations from me!!

They did repair the car after they looked at cameras and they showed no damage on arrival. They had the car for a week. No loaner and it was a major inconvenience for my family. We picked up car and they tried to charge for oil change. I couldn't believe it for 2 reasons. When we purchased the car at Mastria we pre-purchased oil changes and every time we go in they still try to charge us. And obviously you would think a good dealership would comp the oil change after the hassle they caused a loyal customer. Go to another dealership. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them since 2022, and my sister has bought 3. Love Mazda, but will not be using this dealership any Longer

He truly went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe and ready before we picked it up. After having the car thoroughly checked, Gerry fixed everything that needed attention, touched up a few cosmetic details, and even put on a brand-new set of tires. He also included a warranty with the car, which gave us even more peace of mind. On top of that, he assured us that if we ever had any questions or concerns, we could come back anytime and he would be happy to help. It was clear that Gerry genuinely cared about making sure my daughter was getting a reliable vehicle for her first car. It's hard to find someone who takes that much pride in what they do and truly cares about their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Gerry and his dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest, and dependable place to buy a car. For the first car, they helped me get financing (Crescent Credit Union in Brockton), which worked out great. I also got a pre-purchase inspection on that first car, and told them about a few hundred dollars' worth of minor repairs that the third-party mechanic pointed out. They took care of them without any hassle. Both times I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted. (I will only drive stick-shifts, so I'm picky that way.) So I can't opine on what it's like to "shop around" there. But both of my experiences were great, with no surprises.

So we did, but here's the kicker, he did NOT mention anything about it being non refundable because why the hell else would i put $500 down to not get it back possibly?!?! so called him up and told him we weren't interested and he said he would refund us and yelled at us the whole time and hung up mid convo. a week goes by and still no refund on the card. call back and explain we haven't see it yet and he starts yelling again saying it's non refundable after he said he would last week and hangs up mid talking AGAIN. who the hell raised this guy? he sends us over to his secretary so he dosent have to deal with us, who was surprisingly not rude, but she tells us she has no say in the refund so why did he even bother sending us to her? finally she calls back and tells us to come in for a refund. when this could have just happened from the start?!why was this a whole issue when it could have just been refunded properly a week ago. this guy needs an attitude adjustment. so extremely shady and just a money hungry pig. mind you the car was junk he was trying to sell for an outrageous price. i really recommend you to save your time and money and go elsewhere unless you want to be out of hundreds of dollars for not wanting junk and also get attitude from an adult baby then definitely go there. pathetic.
