Such a weird and uncomfortable interaction with their sales associates. I wanted to trade in and…read moreget a new phone and they were really pushing a promotion that I didn't want. I honestly felt like I was being strong armed into it. At one point multiple associates were ganging up on me and constantly questioning me. As a customer I shouldn't have to justify my reasoning for why I do not want to go with a certain promotion and they should respect that. Instead I had to explain at LENGTHS why I was willing to pay a measly couple extra dollars a month to give myself greater comfort and convenience. Money isn't everything. But they kept bringing it up throughout the experience and would not let it go. When I finally got them to let me go with a different promotion they seemed to manifest a reason I was no longer eligible for it and continued to push the other promotion in an extremely rude way. When I finally confronted them about strong arming me they got very dismissive and defensive. One sales manager simply walked away. Another stood there pacing and then went into the back and never came out again. Another manager was laughing at me from the corner. I got up and left. No one should be treated like that. It was disrespectful behavior from miserable people. They must be getting a commission on every person that accepts that promotion. My issue was resolved in 15 minuets with friendly banter. The employees want to be there, are knowledgeable and customer friendly. Oceanside ny Tmobile will tell you there is nothing they can do and send you home.
