I just bought an older car that had been owned by a heavy smoker. I knew it would be tough to get…read morethe smoke odor out, but I was hopeful that a full interior detail would at least reduce the odor to a tolerable level. The experts at Auto Express exceeded my expectations -- the car was really filthy when I brought it in and now it's clean and fresh. The surfaces are smooth and all the stickiness from years of smoke has been eliminated. There was a small upcharge for the large amount of dog hair in the back seat, but I was more than happy to pay it -- there's not a single dog hair left in the carpet (I guess they're magicians??) The best part is that the smoke odor is SO MUCH better. It's still there, but faint enough that I don't have to keep the window cracked all the time anymore. There is definitely a scent from the cleaning solutions, but it is light and fresh, not overbearing at all (I'm sensitive to synthetic fragrances and odors in general). They've definitely gained a repeat customer and I suspect that another time will make the smoke barely noticeable at all.
