I'm so disappointed with this Zaxby's location. They are usually on point, but I guess anyone is entitled to an off night. I ordered a 4pc Chicken Finger Plate. Good point: The chicken fingers were good. Bad points: 1. The coleslaw was not placed in a sealable container. Therefore, by the time it arrived home, the coleslaw was all over the place. 2. I only received a kiddie size portion of fries. If I pay $10 for a chicken finger plate, I expect to get an adult size portion of fries. 3. The Texas Toast was saturated with butter, but surprisingly, not soggy. Very unhealthy, yet tasty¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ 4. My son's Wing & Thing Combo was missing its celery. I've had it with this location. I honestly don't know why I keep giving them chances. Oh I know, it's because powder springs really doesn't have much to offer when it comes to food, unfortunately. I literally just left, and I had THE worst customer service experience. The lady taking the order had the worst attitude, and she didn't need to be on anybody's mic. When my husband drove to the front to get the order, the lady on the mic literally was staring at him and shrugging her shoulders and shaking her head like there was a problem. Then she started talking to her coworker about us. I asked the coworker giving the food if there was a problem that needed to be addressed, and she came to the front trying to argue with me and proceeds to say "I'm not going to argue with you love." I told her to have a great day, and stuck me a bird. I didn't get her name, but she was a middle aged black woman with dreads. I need corporate to get this location together. This is crazy. i went inside because the cars were wrapped around the building. once inside it wasn't any bette. People were sitting waiting on food. 10 minutes of waiting to ordering, the cash register stopped working. The cashier said you can go through the drive thru !! I needed some lunch in the middle of nowhere Powder Springs. I wanted something chicken-y. Well, it didn't matter what I wanted since this Zaxby's was the only thing I saw. Luckily, I like Zaxby's. I usually get their grilled chicken sandwich. I find it better than Chick Fil A's. It was peak lunch hour. Fortunately, since it was in the middle of nowhere Powder Springs, the line was short and move fast. That's so unlike some of the other restaurants in busier areas where it takes 15-20 minutes to get your food. The person who was taking my order was friendly and sweet. Her customer service skills seemed top notch. She smiled when I drove up. Gave my drink and food, took my credit card, and said have a nice day. The food tasted like any other Zaxby's Grilled Chicken Sandwich. So I was satisfied. read more

Dwight was very Professional, Courteous and most of all Understanding. He replaced my order and gave me a fresh drink! The food and staff are above average. You cant eat here if you are short on time. The food is very slow getting out and if there is any line forgot about it. There is only one soda machine with alot of choices so the line there can be lengthy. I just waited 14 minutes to get my food at 2 oclock in the afternoon. Good food just be prepared to wait. We get blackened chicken Cobb zalads once a week from here. They're always good. We've had an issue only once and the manager wanted me to bring my receipt next time I visited. I had already misplaced it so didn't worry about; however, I am deducting a star because I had just left. The drive-thru staff member and the cook could most likely verify my order if the manager took the time to find out. I doubt many orders were like mine (one of the 3 salads had no fried onions) in the 15 minutes since I had received it. Nevertheless, I learned a lesson about ensuring I keep my receipts. Usually this place is pretty decent. However, going there this time was disappointing. First of all, they are now rated a B with an 89%. Secondly, we asked for a regular Coke, a Vanilla Coke, and a Cherry Vanilla Coke. The server didn't distinguish among the 3 drinks like other Zaxby's do. Third of all, they were lazy and put ranch dressing in all of our orders. The order that was buffaloed was supposed to have the ranch, the other regular tenders were supposed to have the Zaxby's sauce. The workers there did not seem to care about customer satisfaction because there was a long wait in the drive thru. They didn't even apologize for the wait. I would give this 0 stars if I could, the line super long for no reason, the speaker is broken, it's so hard to understand and to talk into, the people on the speaker are very rude, they give such a bad attitude it's sad actually. When they handed the food it was rude as well, we came back home to eat and the wings were super dry, my meal did not have celery which hurt my feelings, the bag did not include ketchup nor forks or knives like what kind of monster doesn't give forks and knives. So here's a review based on customer service. I waited 15min on the drive thru line before I called. What a terrible wait. I asked the young lady why it was taking so long and she said she would find out. I then was on the phone with I'm assuming a manager. So I repeated the question. The manger then pointed out that they were busy all day and there was no line inside if I wanted to place my order there. I said well I'm not feeling well so I prefer to stay on the line ( even though this is now 15min into waiting. And yes I know the alternative is to come inside). She says I'm sorry but we have been busy all day. As if you being busy constitutes a response as such. I said ok and politely said goodbye with the manager responding with a dial tone in my ear. I get to the window at now 25min after 6 with the young lady A) not giving me a total, taking my card and handing me a drink and me asking for ketchup and mayo. The window closes, then opens, giving me my food and my card... ok what is wrong with this picture? B) no apologies for the wait time for a total wait time of 25 Min... C) no consideration for a fast food joint that shouldn't take that long regardless of the situation but D) more importantly your lack of empathy for your customers. I can't say that I won't be back because it's on the way home but you need customer service improvements... I can't imagine how much business is lost in a day because of the wait time at this location... you definitely need a better response time, a better process and to have a little consideration for people spending their money at your restaurant. read more
