Maybe the drive through is good but customers on the inside are ignored. There were several people waiting sound for few minutes to place an order as multiple cars zipped through the parking lot. And to get inside you have to walk through the cars in the drive through. Unlike most places, they don't have parking on both sides of the building. Right as you walk in, you are greeted by framed joke about locking your wife and your dog in a trunk of your car for an hours to see which one will love you ... so bleh. I got tired of waiting for the attendant to register the 5 people in line before me (none of whom had ordered). And left without trying their food. read more

WHAT has happened to Zaxby's? Order chicken fingers and when I got home the box felt very light. The number of fingers were the correct amount, BUT they have shrunken to about 1 oz per finger and charge almost double the price. Keep this up and Zaxbys will be gone like so many other fast food restaurants NEVER AGAIN read more

During a recent visit, I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Several employees saw me at the counter along with other customers and they didn't acknowledge anyone. Service was slow, the cashier was clueless; supervision is non existent in this store. This has to be a franchise location with the poor management and lack of customer service training. And to make matters worse, both orders were missing items after an almost 30 minute visit. I have yet to visit this location and can say that customer service was great, cleanliness of the store was acceptable, wait time was acceptable, or management was visible. Hopefully the Zaxby's corporation and the franchisee will take notice and correct the problems of this location. And another note, the parking lot/drive through exit needs to be reconfigured. Exiting through that tiny opening is ridiculous, no thought was put into that design. read more

June 2022* S U M M A R Y When Zaxby's is fresh, it's a top tier FAST food restaurant. But the continuously rising prices keep me from giving it five stars. T A S T E Since they removed the Chicken Finger Sandwich meal a couple of years ago and introduced the signature sandwich, this is my go to meal. I choose the non spicy version because spicy is the same chicken except with a different type of Zax Sauce which I don't like. I would've liked them to make the chicken spicy but alas they did not do that. This time around it was fantastic! The fries were perfectly seasoned, hot, fresh and delicious! The chicken sandwich was delicious. The amount of chicken that they gave me was generous and they did not forget the pickles and they put adequate sauce. I also asked for a half sweet half unsweet tea and it was exactly what I ask for. So many times it's mainly sweet tea but this felt like a true half and half. S E R V I C E The service couldn't have been better. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing and the line was wrapped around the building. So they had a guy out there taking orders, similar to Chick-fil-A. I asked for some modifications and some extras with my order was perfectly accurate. I don't know that man's name but he has a beard and he needs a raise. A M B I E N C E We were in the drive-through so there was no ambience. P R I C E 10.40$ for signature chicken sandwich meal, basket of toast, 1 extra Zax Sauce. R A T I N G 1 star off because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come to Zaxby's their prices has gone up. Ordered lunch today via online for pickup. We checked and saw that everything was there. Good so far... Got home and what do you know, all the fries were old. Most importantly I ordered a spicy club sandwich which comes with cheese/bacon, did not receive either of those. Just chicken, bread, a spurt of spicy sauce. Terrible service, I have always gotten half Sprite half Coke drinks at Zaxbys. For some reason this particular one does not do splits. And that's why I only go to Zaxbys on Sundays: because Chick-fil-a is closed. Edit: I got home and realized they gave me vanilla coke instead of regular coke, amazing. read more

Listen. If your starving and driving by this Zaxby's Do Not Stop! Keep going, there is another one on Peachtree Industrial near S. Old Peachtree Rd. There is a Popeye's and Chick-Fil-A around the corner too!! This location has awful service and I've been more than once (I don't know why). I've given this location too many chances. On at least 3 visits, they have messed up my order. I don't know if they EVER get it 100% correct. COVID IS STILL A PROBLEM. The workers I saw were all wearing their masks (and hat, in one case) improperly. They do no good around your chin. I'm not going back. Hopefully the store at Berkeley Lake can do better than this one. read more

Thumbs down to this Zaxby's. Poor service. If you're looking for good service you're not going to get it from this location. They will not get your order right..if by chance they do get your food order right your drink choice will be wrong or you won't get your drink at all. Additionally if they get your complete order correct you will be missing utensils or condiments. Save yourself the headache and just don't go there at all. Sucks all around. read more

DO NOT place online order , you will have to wait on drive thru line. Last night 8/7/21 I spent 35 min and my order was ready 10 min before that. When I finally got the food it was cold and dry. I'm still here waiting on food. Yes I know that the place is slammed due to being the only business open in the area after the storms passed through, but that's no excuse for the argumentative, crass, and patronizing attitude of the employees here when you're simply trying to order. This place is filthy, the staff care more about the drive thru orders than they do about the people in the restaurant, and it's just poorly managed overall. And honestly it's been like this since it opened. Unless someone comes in and changes out the whole staff and gets them to at least learn the most basic of customer service, this place will continue to be nothing more than a last resort for a meal in the area because it's convenient.... Corporate, you need to step up or step out. read more

Went here for a quick bite tonight and this is the nicest Zaxby's ive been to! Initially i ordered to eat there then husband called and asked to get it to go. They changed it without an attitude. I convinced husband to come inside and eat with me because i was TIRED after moving for TWO days and i needed a @&*(! break! They have the nice new coke machine and i think i tasted 8 different ones lol. I eventually left after almost getting arrested(but that's another story!) Anyway, on the way out the young lady that took my order told me to have a goodnight!! OMG! I have been to several zaxbys and have eaten so many fried cobb zalads and not once have they ever been so nice! read more

Seriously? Your poop don't stink Zaxby's?. You guys nickle and dime your crappy chicken. First, $9.99 for the equivalent of 1 chicken breast cut into 10 pieces. Then after your worse than McDonald's staff gets done, you charge 25 cents per finger to toss them into crappy corn syrup sauce. That's $2.25 extra to get wet, extremely expensive chicken slivers. Better go to Walmart, buy a pack of 8 chicken breasts for $9.99 and a bottle of sauce to feed a family of 8! read more

I live in TN. Some how some thief was able to use my debit card to order $56 worth of food on some level up app that I've never heard of at this store. They have the guy on camera. He came in wearing all black, hoodie and a mask in GA in June and he didn't know the name on the order but they still gave him the food. My bank handled it. But the manager or owner of this store should have contacted me to at least apologize and say they're working on fixing this issue. I've worked in food service for over 20 years and this is not how you handle a situation like this. I would never work at this store. I waited several weeks and have heard nothing so I decided to leave a review. It seems like someone in the store is working with the thieves. So y'all suck. Thanks for nothing. read more

I have frequented the Zaxby's on Jimmy Carter several times and have witnessed a manager named Courtney being very abrasive with her employees in front of the customers. A good manager should use positive reinforcement to get employees to do things not bad control. Is this the kind of training Zaxby"s employs? read more

The guy working the register is not really helpful and I think it may be because he doesn't speak english that well and tries to hide it. I asked if my bun could be toasted well and if the burger can be cut in half and he didn't add anything on the register, then when I stared at him waiting for him to add it, he dismissively turned to the cook and said "bun". When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive. The location is tucked in a Kroger parking lot and wasn't busy when I went, which was later in the evening. The inside was very clean, nice and organized. It was also quiet inside, which I liked. Overall, I probably won't come back here because of the headache it gave me, but the burger was decent
