Among the franchised chains I prefer Taco Bell to Del Taco. Having said that one reason being the kiosk business model gets your order quicker and more precise than ordering from a person directly. This location can be hit or miss but overall a good fast food place for Taco Tuesdays or any day of the week.

Trash a$$ Taco Bell I swear. This place is Born in the hood, straight up ghetto. I ordered 5 hard shell tacos and none of them came with lettuces, like wtf?! Then on top of that, they forgot my chicken quesadilla. I would like to say that this place is absolute trash. Management need to hire people that's a little more educated. These fools can't even make a taco correctly or even count the number of items they put in the bag

What's in this photo is the Taco Bell employee that lost them a big fan of this location.

4 Years Earlier- (This is what I had then with a 5 star) Best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Very friendly employees. Fantastic service. Food is done well. Very clean location. Manager and team are great. After Last Night - (8/15/2020 - (1 Star) Well, as with every good thing that comes to an end, I say my good byes to what was once a great place to eat at. I can't tell you the amount of times that I raved about this place, it's managers, employees, accuracy and quality of food, etc. That changed last night before I could even finish placing my order. The gentlemen in the picture who took my order continually interrupted me with "will that be all". I mean at least 10 times after every thing I ordered. No room or space to think and place the order for the next item. Was a rather large order $50. This I can forgive - I understand maybe he was in a rush or under a lot of pressure to get to the next car that wasn't behind me. Or maybe just skeleton crew thus he had other things to do. I pulled up to pay for my order and he takes my card and quickly tells me to go around to the double doors. So I do. No big deal on this. I go and pull up to double doors. When he comes out to deliver my items he mumbles something and then goes back in. We then waited as we knew we had drinks too. He comes back out and delivers those and mumbles something and goes back in. So we sit there thinking maybe he is coming back with our straws and maybe sauces. No. Give or take 5 minutes later the guy never comes back out, so we have to go to the drive thru again. What ensued was a very rude and indifferent employee reminiscent of what you get at the other places. I told him that I had never received rude service here before and that he was the first one. I told him he didn't even give us straws or sauces. This guy proceeded to say we didn't ask for sauces. Wait a minute - isn't it his job to offer us some? So should I have asked for tortillas and each item in them in order to make sure they are included? Then I asked him if we weren't entitled to straws and we needed to ask for those too? He didn't like it. Proceded to su something under his breath and act like a fool. Not the experience I expected. To say the least. Attached is a picture of the guy that was the beginning of the end of a good thing. Sadly, he's rubbed off on his peers. Because I could see his peer buying into it as well. I did send a email through this app to the company. Will see if they care or now uphold these new standards. If I hear back I will try them again and give them another shot. If not, then I'm done.

This is a newer store, so it does make the taco bell/kfc franchises look old.

Right off of Jimmy Carter in Norcross, on a block away back street. This location is in a fun shopping center with TONS of free parking, so I just had to pull up. The restaurant is big, like 2x bigger than most resin the area. I ordered classic cilantro, lime, onion on corn tortilla tacos: 4 tacos al pastor (pork) 2 chorizo (pork) The meat didn't have that sear on it or any crispy bits, but was still tender, flavorful, and not too oily. 4 different salsas to choose from here, all are delicious and complimentary with your food. Also, ordered a Torta Milanesa (beef) - Fluffy bun and even better than the tacos, if I must say. Maybe this milanesa just hit a craving for me that I didn't know I had, but it was kinda romantic. Pour salsa on every bite and maybe even some lime. Cashier is very nice, line is fast. Atmosphere is clean, filled with tables full of families that you can tell meet up here weekly. If I lived closer, I would definitely visit for their weekday lunch special platters.

She helped me pick some of the tacos I ordered as well. The birria here is what I recommend the most as well as the shrimp taco. The lady was kind enough to change my agua fresca when I admitted I didnt enjoy the first one! That customer service goes a long way.

On the one hand, they do not have a lot of parking, but on the other hand, most of their customers were there on foot as Weir most of the customers for the other businesses in the strip. We walked in and were able to order within about two minutes. The menus were easy to understand with pictures for everything and the staff made things easy as well. As we ordered and I asked for the Birria Burrito, they asked which one. I let them know that I had seen a video on TikTok about their Birria burrito, but that I hadn't seen it on their menu and that was what I wanted to order. They said it was the Birria Cali and that it was very popular lately. I mean, yeah- the video made it look phenomenal and the audio with it was funny. I had also, previously, seen a video about their Machete and wanted to order that because it looked awesome as well. They had 2! One Birria (beef) and the other was Governado (shrimp). We went for the Birria- of course. Honestly, the Birria Burrito had plenty of flavor and more variety in flavor due to the various fillings- Mexican crema, lettuce, guacamole, potatoes (surprising, but honestly VERY good), plenty of cheese, and the Birria (and the sauce is poured right in- which I think could be avoided). It was delicious, but it shouldn't have been served on the paper as the paper began to rip when I started cutting up the burrito. I had wanted to eat the burrito like a burrito, but the moment that I picked it up, it became nearly impossible. The burrito completely opened up and all the fillings started pouring out onto the paper. I was able to wrap it up again with about half the fillings, but the burrito tortilla was so wet that it was just a huge mess. I ended up eating half of the burrito with a fork. I don't know why they didn't serve it on a plate. The Birria Machete was super flavorful and simple, just Beria meat and cheese with a cup of their dipping Birria soup. It was also nearly 2 feet long! Very cool. I began to wonder if the corn tortillas for the Birria Machete were made in store. I asked- and they said they do make it themselves! The corn tortillas were the most flavorful corn tortillas I've ever had! They had texture and they were clearly NOT the type of corn tortillas that I get at most places, those premade floppy unflavorful corn tortillas like the ones you get in the pack of 150 at the grocery store. When I find out, I will let you know because the texture and flavor of the corn tortilla on the Machete was phenomenal. The place was packed when we got there. It was packed when we left. Clearly, they get plenty of business. Everyone around us seemed happy and content with their food and so were we. I will definitely be back for another Machete to try some other things as well. Give them a shot if you haven't been.

Then the menu prices become inflated without any notice. But for one of the "upgrades" or whatever the reasoning for the extra charge, it was only shredded lettuce along with a small dollop of sour cream and guacamole. It was rather sad. It's something you'd get standard at a chain restaurant like El Sombrero. Oh. If you get the consome, it will be an extra charge of $2.45. And they won't tell you that. But other than that, the food was good! I really liked how they had a separate birrias menu. Make sure you bring wet wipes because your hands will be oily. The birria sliders were delicious. Our strange total came out to be $16.90. Even with the $2.45 consome factored in, the total isn't $15.40. Since they were sliders, it's rather small. They're the size of the square dinner rolls but packed full of cheese, oil, and half chicken and beef. The beef was slightly more tasty compared to the chicken but both was just soaked with their variety of flavors. The birria quesadillas were $17.40. Even with the extra $2.45 with the consome, their math is not equaling $15.95 -- whacky! As for the taste profile, deliciousness. These three quesadillas were pretty massive. And like my sliders, they were equally oily and messy to consume. The horchata was really tasty. For a large, it was $6.75. It tasted different from other places. There was a nice rice flavor to it and less of the cinnamon flavor. Would I visit again? I think not. Good food. Prices were bleh, especially how it seems like we were charged more than their menu prices.
